Location was excellent - close to Southern Cross Station, which was a prerequisite in our selection for accommodation.A comfortable walk to the AO as well.

The location was excellent. So close to the city and accessing Southern Cross railway station.Spacious apartment and a very comfortable bed.

The shower was not a walk-in shower. Due to knee and back issues, I was unable to use the shower. When I booked online the photograph I saw was of a walk-in shower. It has been since explained to me by reception staff that I would need to book an executive one-bedroom unit to get the walk-in shower.

The apartment was perfect for my family. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts and light meals, although we mostly dined out. The Quest is a short walk to a tram stop and to Southern Cross Station. It was super quiet and the room was incredibly clean.

The apartment was spacious and very well appointed. I had a very comfortable stay. The location was very convenient - close to the train station and free tram stop, or an easy 30min walk to the city centre.

I could hear a bit of street noise and the train / tram from my bedroom.

Location is insanely good. Staffs are very welcoming and helpful. Flight arrived earlier than expected but the staffs helped getting the room ready earlier.

Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. We asked for our rooms to located as close as possible as we were travelling as a family & they not only accepted this request, but also upgraded one room to ensure they were interconnecting. The rooms were also ready upon arriving earlier than check in time. Super clean, comfortable and one of the best locations ever. We couldn't speak more highly of the staff or the apartments. We will be choosing to stay here whenever we visit Melbourne.

We booked at the quest for several reasons, 1 , extremely convenient to Marvel Stadium for attending an AFL match , the room quality and the friendliness of the staff.Short distance to shopping and tram services.

Location was great, we walked everywhere or jumped on a train to Flemington, so easy ?

The weather ?

Location is the only plus. Close to MARVEL Stadium. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. Nothing else.

Room is relatively small. House Cleaning was poor. Did NOT clean toilet floor and did NOT refill toilet papers until you reminded and asked. Not enough space to put things around bathroom sink. NO vault / safe. Bed is NOT comfortable. Other QUEST hotels better.

Great staff and very security conscious. The room was clean and well-kept. Quite close to Southern Cross station.

The area is a wasteland. Ensure you take food with you, otherwise you have to schlep into the city to get food, and Melbourne already sucks if you're coeliac. The Docklands area is just dead and getting a coffee or breakfast is a fool's errand.
