Citadines On Bourke Melbourne

Perfect central location for the upper side of Melbourne city. Room was spacious and met our needs during our 1nite stay for a concert at Marvel Stadium. We had no view but didn't care cz your can take a walk to Chinatown, high end brand luxury shopping and all your foodie needs. Front reception and staff were friendly.

They should provide toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste). Needs Streaming services.

The kitchenette was really handy. The room was like a studio apartment with plenty of space.

The room felt very dated and was in need of a deep clean. The extractor fan and air on had a visible thick layer of dirt/dust.

Room was very dated. And the toilet sink took forever to drain.

In the middle of the CBD, the location was perfect. Walking distance to everything we needed, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. Staff was incredibly helpful (shout out to Juliana in front desk!) who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Parking was easy and straightforward. Our 2BR apartment was clean, organized, and perfect for our family of 4, 10/10!

The location

The room I had two single beds and a couch facing a blank wall and the tv was in the bedroom a very strange configuration of the room. I didn’t find reception very helpful the rooms were suppose to be serviced every second day we did not get fresh towels reception were suppose to organise new towels and pick up the used ones this did not happen we had to ask girls working on the floor the next day. Room wasn’t that clean.

Great location and the place had a wonderful smell as soon as you arrived!

The room was big. The location. Friendly staff. It was basically clean.

Room only cleaned and changed every second day. Staring at a concrete wall for a view. Bathroom sink in main room. Cleaning service didn't wash up cups.- Basically only made bed and changed towels. The cord on the hair dryer was only 40cms long had to dry my hair with my face almost against the wall. The dryer attachments didn't fit the hair dryer and just fell off.andLighting was poor ( need brighter globes).

Location was perfect. Central to great restaurants, shopping and city sites.

Shower tiles, floor & glass dirty. Sink filthy, bathroom basically not cleaned properly. This was the same after every housekeeping clean during an 8 night stay

Old room. Reasonably clean. No privacy when you open the curtain as you can see offices in other buildings. No view.Central location. Tram stop in front of the hotel.

The location was incredible. Close to a multitude of bars and restaurants especially if you like Chinese, Thai and Japanese. The tram was right outside the hotel and was free to parts of the city. The room was spacious and lots of storage and closets.

Very close to central city shopping and restaurants. Pool and sauna a nice bonus.

No outlook or view, we looked straight at the wall of the building next door, if you want a view this would not be suit you.

The room was perfect and well-equipped, had a great stay! The location was also nice, many things within walking distance. Loved the breakfast too.

Central location, tram out front, theatres close,, lots of eating choices close by

Fire alarm evacuation in the middle of the night

The hotel was well rounded - it was in a great location with neat and clean rooms for a reasonable price given the time of year. While the room offered the option to be self contained, the location was well placed for numerous eating out options. The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating.

Everything was done extremely well - the only small issue was there seemed to be a shortage of towels. It had no bearing on my experience

Parking. Even though you book parking via hotel, you first need to check in even though the hotel has no guest parking at all. Even you ask about prior to arrival they will not give you clear information. I parked 1 out of 2 parking locations they have provided, i had to move the car to the other park and had to pay twice for the parking. Their checkin line took more than 30 mins hence the double parking fees apparently. Hotel did nothing to correct this or to talk to parking lot. So i end up paying twice for parking. In terms of communication, it is not possible to contact them either. I was in waiting 20mins on the phone while it kept cycling on the same options even though you select whatever option. I wish the place would be more cleaner. Chipped off wall corners and kitchen benches and discoloured grout lines in bathrooms. Shower doors not closing very well.

Good location, clean, spacious room. Nice pool and fitness center.
