The staff was very helpful throughout my staff

My room smelt very damp. As soon as I walked in, I was taken aback by the smell and the bathroom was worse. The room has a balcony but that didn¿t help the smell.

An amazing experience overall. More bang for the buck. Location, staff, transportation and services were top notch.

Good location, new fit out, balcony view was good. Two bedroom and two bathroom was good with kids. Had washer dryer etc. good parking

I was waiting for check in about 45 min and I got a fine while I was waiting for check in there was no parking available

Great location, quiet and close to everything. The parking was so easy and fantastic for the city. The unit was modern, spacious, well planned in it's layout and just made everything feel comfortable and functional.

The best part of our stay was the service from the staff. They were super accommodating, went above and beyond. From the booking process right through to our late check out. There are so many great hotels but it's the customer experience that makes the difference and these guys nailed it.

Nothing really. Parking is easy. Rooms are lovely and provide everything you need. It's quiet inside. Bedding is quality. Price was great. No negative feedback at all. Again staff are fabulous. Coffee shop right next door which is a bonus.

Bathroom doesn’t drain well when using the shower & there was no crockery for breakfasting or milk provided for tea & coffee

Great location within walking distance to public transport and shops. The girl on front desk was exceptionally friendly. Room was ideal, clean and comfy. The call about a month out to check our booking was appreciated.

Would have been great to be located nearer to other family travelling with us. Although we could have asked that when booking. We were located in a different part of building that wasn’t connected to the rest of the building. Nothing major but check your booking.

No hot water in the bathroom basin. Shower curtain 6 inches above ground causing water over floor. Front rooms face railway. Rebuild of apartment next to room 1202. Very noisy.

Location and comfort

There was a condom between the twin beds on the floor - needed a thorough clean!Also we asked for face washers/Flannels and no one seems to know or understand what a face washer is? Face washers are a small square of towelling fabric, people use to wash their face with.

Great location and very friendly staff. Although it is located across the road from South Yarra train station, the noise did not bother us at all.

We experienced a challenging situation with the fire emergency, necessitating us to awaken and venture out. It was a challenging night.

Great location. Friendly reception staff. Good amenities. Super comfy beds. We had a great room. Would definitely stay again! Great views. Handy location right beside the train station, loads of food and drink options. Car parking safe and very easy to get to. Great chain.

Was a bit warm in the rooms but minor problem we just left the room doors open as we’re sharing with friends!
