the room was not clean your feet stuck to the floor as you walked I do not think it was ever cleaned the shower was disgusting it took at least 15 minutes to get the hot water to come through . the room was nothing like the picture put on your website.

False advertisement Place is dump where drug addicted people hang around

Filthy bathroom. Bathroom door was rotted.Mould all around the shower. Filthy sink No drinking glasses in the room. No toilet paper. Worst accomodation I have stayed in.

Location amazing , friendly staff

Not the cleanest place and the noise and behaviour of other guest each night that made it hard to sleep and relax is crazy. Also no linen supplies for the single bed, stained bedding , stained couch , 1 bowl and plate and fork and spoons and 2 cups . For more than 1 guest and no knife for toast .

Friendly maybe renovated not finished but getting there it was comfortable

Shower head to low im tall shower curtain keeped sticking water went all over the floor very slippery tv wouldnt work

Absolutely nothing. The manager at least gave me a refund for all but one night even though I stayed for about an hour before leaving

It had a train station in a bad neighbourhood aura about it. Cameras right in your face as you walk into your room which is uncomfortable, graffiti inside the room, cheap crappy furniture; the bed side table was falling apart, tobacco in the bed, no privacy curtains, it smelt bad, the bathroom cupboard was mouldy, the bar fridge was wrecked and not switched on, there were no cupboards/ironing facilities or draws to put away clothes, the towels didn’t even match

Close to BoxHill Hospital

All Night noise stopped at 2am then started up at 4am doors banging people talking very loud

Please see some pictures, when arrived we were given room 14 checked in, were screamed at by one of the residents, rubbish piles every where, drug stashes underneath the stairs, we drive away and a couple of hours later received text messages stating that they had given our room away and if we were returning we would need another room, we asked for refund even partial and nothing. Had to re book and stay and pay for a whole new hotel!!!! Not happy

Location was easy to find and for where we needed to get too!

4 day stay NO TV , NO INTERNET , shower curtain was mouldy at the bottom was gross to even try shower. No bathmats, no face washers..

Good Location

Curtains falling down( seem like it was that way for a long time ) , no blockout curtains at all, so totally no privacy at all and everyone can see everything thing in the room !Everything about the room doesn’t seem right , pay 2 nights but only stay not even 1 night. The bad n wrong level of this hotel is non-comparable! It like we pay to experience horror movie set ! Or at least that how we think to make ourselves feel better as it extremely wrong so many level n it wasn’t cheap at all!

It was a great room for an overnight stay. The motel receptionist was such a lovely lady who will help you with your check in . Karen is a really lovely lady and so very polite

The bed

The room smelled like fireplace. We didn't sleep well. We had headache when we woke up.

The management was amazing and went above and beyond for my and my children beds where clean and the comfiest bed I have slept on in a motel

Out side was untied with some rubbish and stuff laying around

I booked pet friendly hotel paid on booking com when I arrived they wanted $100 for deposit for pet I have disability my Shadow ? is my therapy companion animal My everything and goes where I go I was put in room up 20 stairs and next door to the property manager who called me at midnight abused hell out of me then banged on door and walls also was horrible my so called friend took my car said they be back in 10min 9.5hrs later he returned to motel not happy

Disappointing

The mattress was stained, the a/c was dirty. The hot water ran hot and cold. It was under renovations and very noisy.The owner was rude. He came to our room at asked for the 3rd bed for another room and came in and took it. We paid a deposit of $50 for the key because they have so many go missing. We had this refunded back. Overall it was terrible room but in a good location

On a tram route and was inexpensive and available on a very busy weekend. Staff were friendly and helpful

Whole place badly needs an update! The air con in room was not functioning. There were no hooks or towel rail in bathroom. We were not supplied with hand towels, washers and there was no toilet paper in the room. The room was not ready when we arrived.

Nothing, we will never stay again, it was falling apart around us , and it stunk

Everything. It was grubby, it smelt, the bathroom door was broken, it would stay shut, The door was basically falling apart

The location was good. Close to transport and facilities. Easy to find.

When I stay somewhere, the very least I expect is a minimum standard of hygiene and cleanliness. The aircon was broken, the TV didn't work, the stairs were crooked and loose, the door locks were shoddy, but I can look past those. What is absolutely unacceptable was the offensive smell of cat urine. The room had carpet saturated with it. Further the bathroom had used towels and rubbish from the previous occupants. Disgusting and inexcusable.
