Room was nice

1. Waited for 30 mins before we could check in. 2. Then my booking order was wrong I requested lake view and got side view of of other hotelThen came downstairs to have an argument with another disgruntled customer about waiting so long bc we wanted to change our room but then gave up as the customers in line were all upset.3. Breakfast waited 15 mins for eggs4. Coffee came so late

The food in the Windows Restaurant, Expensive but very enjoyable

No where on the bboing site does it mention that Car Parking was an extra cost. Very Poor communication. Unfortunately because I opted for a "no refund" cancellation I was not in a position to cancel once I was informed about the extra charge for parking on site.

Great location

Couldn’t check in until 2.30pm made it difficult after a tiring trip. Found it difficult to regulate air-conditioning and hot water

I liked the location and facilities such as pull and breakfast buffet I liked that the staff made a great little dessert plate for my twins birthday. They felt so special! So thank you!

Our phones and aircon weren’t working- we called reception through our phones to call reception and advised them. They send they’d send someone and no one arrived. We also went downstairs when needed assistance advised again and they said they’d send someone, but again no one came.

Room had lovely view over Albert Park towards the coast. Breakfast was excellent.Staff were lovely; Concierge in particular were very pleasant and helpful. Handy for trams uptown.

Mostly our stay was delightful. Only small gripe was our long wait at reception to get a simple room key as process seemed more complicated compared to other hotels. Staff were always polite, but not enough staff to keep wait down and their computer system seemed to require enormous input.

The room was a mess. The carpets are disgustingly dirty, furniture bashed & chipped, windows dirty. Failed to clean up room twice in outer 3 days no clean towels despite asking.

Friendly staff. Flexible use of facilities to freshen up following early arrival. Location.

Dated rooms and bathrooms in need of renovation. TV channels not working despite seeking assistance.

Soft beds, sauna, gym, lobby area was nice. Rooms nicely cleaned rooms, lots of fresh towels.

Pool was cloudy, there were limited bins in the room.

Clean, fast checking, friendly.

Have stayed at the hotel before and will be coming back when ever in Melbourne, we had dinner in the restaurant on both nights the staff were absolutely beautiful and so was the food same for breakfast also the staff at reception were excellent helped us with the uber apt and so much more keep up the good work guys

Good quiet place.

Our bed was joined from two seperate beds to make a bigger bed and every-night we had hard times. We were waking up falling in between the joined two beds.

Location was great. Staff were really friendly.

Notified the pool wasn't available a day or so before arriving. The alternative pool use was not acceptable. Having a pool was part of the reason I booked the Pullman.Also there could have been spare pillows in the wardrobe. Pillows were not high quality or luxurious.

Clean, modern hotel with all the amenities, centrally located in Albert Park. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bedding was luxurious.

The tv forced audio descriptions with no way to turn it off and the sink did not have a rubber grommet on the plug so drained too quickly. We had to ask for milk for tea and housekeeping didn't always restock the coffee and tea.

It was nice and great view of city from room.

Firstly, I don’t like they separate my bed into two single beds for two times and I don’t ask them to separate them but they did it.Secondly, the tv was not good it was very old and you can’t connect your phone with the tv also you can only watch tv channels not like YouTube, Netflix etc.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and organised with our 10m old baby. They made every effort to greet us and interact with our son when passing by and checking in to see if we needed anything. Checking in and out, parking, the room and facilities at the hotel were 10/10! Buffet breakfast was Devine, a lot of variety and our bubba loved the food too! We will definitely we back in the near future!!

The staff. Very pleasant, especially the lady that sat us at breakfast.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The hotel appears extremely outdated, with chipped and worn furniture throughout the room. The carpets were dirty and heavily stained, which made the space feel unhygienic. The bathroom was in poor condition, with visible mold and old, exposed piping. Overall, the property is badly in need of renovation and better maintenance.

Competitively priced for this location.

Outdated and terrible interior design making everything inconvenient and ugly. Examples: huge room but a single bed; water faucets installed without space for putting hands.

Great location. Comfortable room. Nice view.
