    • At hotel service was amazing, phone contact prior was not supportive of any of the changes we needed. Cooling in the room was not adequate.

Location. Car parking undercover. Comfortable bed. Beautifully cooked and presented food via room service. All staff very pleasant and approachable.

White china cups too small ( a few mugs would have been nice). Only two pillows (had to request more). Gym (closes at 11pm nice if it 24hrs also no leg presses or machines for same). Sauna closed due to refurbishing.no spare toilet paper. Inability to manually control air-conditioner despite toggles/buttons able to up and down, 25.5 degree is not cold enough)

Was a good location for us at the last minute, especially with the tennis on

The lifts were playing up. Had to wait and walk a bit.

I was upgraded from a Mercure room to a Pullman room but paid a Mercure price. The hotel has two parts, a cheaper Mercure hotel and a more expensive Pullman hotel, which is confusing. I booked a Mercure room but they put me in the Pullman part. It was a very large room with a very large bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The room was in need of a refresh.

Easy to access, close to our event. Nice big clean room and late checkout. Also access to pool and sauna was a big bonus. Concierge staff , well all the staff were polite and very welcoming

    The shower bath combo

Very comfortable, clean, answered all our needs. Staff were great.

    Facilities needed an update

    Very poor

Service was extremely slow for reception and bar/meals. Right on a busy highway and access to Albert Lake is currently under construction. Shower was old and over bath, tiles were stained

Room wasnt ready at checkin but they upgraded our room type.It was my partners birthday - there was a welcome/birthday platter with a card upon arrival. The pool was out of service but they accomodated with compensation to&from the nearby aquatic centre as well as admission for our family. The compensation covered the parking for the duration of stay as well which was a bonus.

The pool was out of service due to maintenance. The room wasnt ready at checkin.

    Bed was comfy

I didn't like the 1.5 hr wait for my room. I went to check-in at 2pm and was told my room wasn't ready and to wait in lobby. 1.5hrs later, still waiting with no communication from staff, I went up to reception to see how my room was going and they found a room for me. By this time I was going to be late for my function that I had planned that day they tried to offer me free brekky but I already had that so I got a late check out. Yes they were busy but the couple across from me doing drug deals in the lobby got their room very quickly. Not a great look for the Hotel!

    Very clean

Very small, and there was a door on my wall inside the room between me and the other room. I could hear people sneezing in the next room. And I paid almost $500 for 2 nights (it was Australia day weekend though).

Bit old but comfortable. Excellent location for fireworks though

Rooms and facilities were a bit old.

Room was perfectly lovely, clean and all we needed for the night. Nice view to Albert Park and St Kilda.

We asked for twin beds, but the beds were put together as one big bed when we arrived so had to speak to reception to have this changed. After a 9 hour car trip, this was a little frustrating but easily remedied. Also, the bathroom was old and had a rather unpleasant smell from when we arrived and the shower either scolded or froze us! Spent more time adjusting the temperature than using the shower.

    Great location.

Initially we were booked into the wrong room. I booked for 3 adults but room wasn’t suitable for 3 adults. Only had a trundle bed for 3rd person which was only suitable for a child. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and changed our room with an upgrade.

    7MannixPosted on: 1-25-2026

    Loved the sauna and breakfast

Carpet in room was pretty worn and faded. Could use a refresh.

    7ErikaPosted on: 1-23-2026

    Breakfast, location convenience

Room didn't really look like it had been cleaned. There was still rubbish in the room and it needed to be vacuumed.

    8LisaPosted on: 1-21-2026

Great value, we were upgraded to a higher floor. Had great staff & food/drink experiences in both the Restaurant & Bar during Christmas period.

Think there was a staffing issue late at nights

    7JodiePosted on: 1-21-2026

    Comfortable bed and friendly staff

Extremely poor air con, didn’t feel like it was working, upon maintenance checking, it was and offered a fan to cool down a 30 degree room.tissues not refilledno hygiene seal on tolietOnly digital channels on TV
