Nice staff and good room at convenient location

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the location with tram stop right across the road. Having a kitchen is so handy. Made use of the pool this trip, as it was so hot. We were able to get a late checkout which is always appreciated. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotel after checkout, as our flight was not until the evening.

The rooms facing Flinders Street really should have double glazed windows, to drown out the noise of the trains and traffic, however, it didn't disturb us as much as I thought it would.

The apartment was really clean with lots of amenities and the spa was really relaxing.

Very easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Tram stop out front. Food and groceries nearby. Luggage storage as needed. Servicing of rooms as desired.

Exceptional location, located only a 5-minute walk to Southern Cross Station! The room was spacious, as I was upgraded to a room with a balcony. The staff members were very friendly and resolved my questions about the TV settings. Good value for money!

Potential noise from the nearby trains (it didn't bother me during my stay, as my home is also located near a train station).

Noise from the trains tracks is comically loud at times. Personally didn't have a problem with it but if you need silence to sleep, consider somewhere else.I dribble in my sleep with more water pressure then the shower had.

Great location, room was a great size with everything we needed. They were clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We would return next time.

Can hear trains as we were near the main station. (Didn't realize when booked) However not a big issue and the rooms kept most of the noise out.

The bathroom amenities were good And the convenience of in room laundry and a decent fitness facility made it easy to complete everything in a work day.

The mattress is very hard - beyond firm leaving sleep very difficult. I would have appreciated a bit of extra cutlery so I didn't have to wash dishes every I ate rather could wait until the dishwasher was full at the end of a day..

I liked the proximity to train, the simplicity of the hotel and the comfort of room.

Staff at desk, a woman (didn’t get her name) was not very welcoming. Our tv in the bedroom didn’t work and it was never fixed during our stay. Pool pictures do not match how it looked in person.

Excellent customer service from reception staff … room was spacious and had everything you needed, including sofa and coffee table … two tvs in living and bedroom … kitchen was great as were washing facilities … nice decor … small balcony with views was great … really good location close to Southern Cross Station … hotel also had a pool, gym and sauna facilities … first time staying here but already booked to return … very impressed with this hotel …
