    • everything! closeness to airport was the best. rooms were extremely modern and clean
    • The room was quite large and comfortable, with a view over the city. The kitchen corner allows you to cook simple meals if you're short on time, but I would recommend visiting the restaurant: the breakfast menu has plenty of options.

    Cons -

    • Room felt old for the $948 for the 2 night stay
    • The kitchen corner showed some wear and tear. If you plan to stay without a car, commuting to the CBD may take half an hour or more, depending on tram or train options.
    • Windows in 654 in bedroom not sealed properly, was closed, a lot of noise from outside still coming through

Head lady in restaurant helped us with a smile even as though they had just closed.

Location (close to public transport), value for money, comfort and cleanliness of the room.

The whole downstairs area (the floor where Reception is located) was very cold every day. I tried to do some work down there but it was uncomfortably cold. Parking was a bit costly too, but there wasn't any alternative.

Room was clean and spacious. We were appreciative to be upgraded. Found the bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly.Location was convenient for us visiting our son who lived close by.

Bathroom was very narrow. Not sure if the area was safe to walk around at night.

Great gym, spacious rooms, crisp sheets

Pleasant environment and friendly, helpful staff

The late check in process and car park arrangements were abysmal

Location , restaurant , staff all very good

    The bathroom far too small

    10TanyaPosted on: 4-18-2025

Comfortable quiet and convenient for eye surgery next door at Panch

Lovely spacious room. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not. Bathroom is compact, a larger vanity would be useful. For the cost of the room I would have expected better quality tea/coffee sachets.

My meal from the restaurant was good along with the breakfast

Room location was opposite the main road and the window wasn't double glazed so sleeping was hard with the noise. The curtains didn't stop the light from the road or car park - terrible.

Preston is a good location out of the city but in the suburbs. Handy to visit friends or family. Close to transport and markets.

The bathroom we had was tight but functional.

Modern, larger than anticipated room and clean

We stayed 5 nights. The room was big for a hotel. The staff were friendly. The room was clean.

We should have spent more time reading the small print. We selected this place using a search term "serviced apartment " what we expected was an isolated bedroom and cooking facilities. The plumbing was still there under the counters but the room had been converted to a typical hotel room. The lifts make loud mechanical clunck noises and one of them broke down during our stay. Average hotel breakfast, a bit expensive unless you like large breakfasts. Room service did not replace milk, tea bags and took the face towels but didn't replace them.

Friendly staff, the restaurant had some good food.

The mattress on the bed was a little hard for my liking. Bottled water was very expensive.

    8SofiaPosted on: 3-19-2025

Good location and not too far from the CBD. The room was clean, spacious and had a large TV. Easy check-in & check out process.

Bathroom was really tiny, my knees were touching the wall whenever I sat on the toilet. Wish they had a microwave in the room as well.

    10NigelPosted on: 3-19-2025

The room was spacious, clean, quiet and incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows were fantastic. We had the best sleep that we had had in years!

Wish there was a hotel pool :)
