Close to Southern Cross station and Coles Supermarket. On good team route on Spencer & LaTrobe Sts.Beds were comfy,. Had 2 lifts. Aircon worked well to cool down room even on 45° Melbourne Day.

Not as described, room wasn't disability friendly at all, climb over toilet to shut the door which didn't lock, climb into bath to shower. Microwave & crockery cupboards too high even for me at 5ft 6in. Full kitchen - one saucepan, one frying pan, no info on how to work oven or hotplates, Google for manual then only grill worked, hotplates not at all.Definitely needs a makeover in bathroom and toilet maybe a sliding door for toilet would be better but still wouldn't be disability friendly. Needs repainting.As a larger person I could not reach to use coin operated washing machine jamed in tiny laundry room. Torn carpet in lots of places.I stayed many years ago when it was Harbour View Apartments it was beautiful. Now under the Arrow umbrella leaves a lot to be desired. I need to contact after hours for assistance, phone rang out 3 times then finally answered on fourth attempt by sister hotel in Melb who could not help just told to ring back in hour or visit from desk when it opened in an hr 10am and hung up on me. Person extremely hard to understand.

Great location

We stayed for 2 nights and found 6 cockroaches in the room and 1 at reception. Pretty disgusting.Check in was very weird with the receptionist walking around like he had no clue of what he had to do.I would not recommend that hotel.

The place absolutely reeked from the foyer to the room and in between. My clothes now stink. It was all a shade of covered in grease, the room did not look like the pictures. The bed configuration was not what we intended. Two single beds in one room and double in the other.The carpet was gross, the coffee table was gross and stained.The pleather couches were cracked and uncomfy. The toilet paper was possibly 0.25 ply, so thin it was almost non-existent. One towel was mouldy. It was extremely loud, almost 0 road noise blocking. The coffee and tea selection was not great. Was about as good as a slightly up market motel. If we spent more time in the room, I would be even more disappointed.

The location was good and the reception staff is very accommodating

The bed was hard, moving when I move and I can hear the pigeon's sound in the window; the more I was not able to sleep. Very uncomfortable.

Comfortably fit our group of 7 people. Great location central to everything.

Every piece of correspondence from the hotel said that reception was open from 2pm - 5pm. We arrived at 3pm on the Sunday to find reception locked. When I rang the number on the door I was told that I had arrived after hours. I could not find anywhere that said weekend hours were different. Process to receive key 'after hours' was difficult and time consuming. Because we arrived 'after hours' I couldn't access the car parking that I had requested and had to pay public parking prices 3 blocks away. On the 3 different phone calls to 'after hours' reception each time I spoke with someone they were hostile on the phone and I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them by asking questions. Oven didn't work. There was a bench top oven appliance but no baking trays to be able to use it. Dishwasher provided but no detergent to be able to use it. Carpet is well worn throughout and thread bare in many places.

The apartment was very roomy and quite comfortable. The location is excellent, not too far to walk to airport bus, trams nearby and walking distance to a laundry and some restaurants. it suited our needs.The reception Manager was always helpful.

We did not have a bottle opener but one was supplied on request.A few small plates and matching wine glasses would have been nice but otherwise no real problems.

It's close to Southern Cross station and it's cheap and cheerful with very basic amenities.Its great for an overnight stay only

Although the room was ok the room balcony was quite unsanitary due to a local pigeon family nesting outside.There was a homeless person sheltering below at the time of my stay which was quite un nerving

The location is good, close to Southern Cross Station.

We stayed four nights, but there was no hot water for bathing after 9:30pm for staying two nights. No emergency phone number or any supporting staff could be reached to resolve the problem. The kitchen floor was quite dirty and sticky. We needed to clean the floor by ourselves at the 1st night of our stay.

The location was good with minimal noise. Good heating and cleaning staff were helpful

We arrived at 4:45pm and the reception was already closed. After calling several mobile numbers we finally got hold of someone and were able to check in. This process took over half an hour. The room we were given was described as a penthouse however I feel this term was used very loosely. We had no idea that the room would contain a spiral staircase which led to an upper floor with 3 single beds. The staircase was not mentioned in the description and would be difficult for less mobile people to access. Parking was required by one of our group and despite calling reception during the week before our arrival, was not able to access the parking. We had hoped to leave our bags at the building after checking out but after waiting for more than 30 minutes decided to make use of the lockers at the train station. We had planned to check out at 9am when reception was meant to be open however no-one was there. We had to push our keys/cards under the window and hope for the best. Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and we will not stay again.

All the rubbish in the street on arrival!Poor after hours access. A resident let us in the carpark as we were blocking the entrance. It took a long time for someone to answer the phone.

Absolutely nothing

The hotel double booked the apartment I paid for and have refused to refund the difference between the cost of the rooms. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful

Location was great. It was cheap and you get what you pay for.

It was not clean, the carpet was filthy. The bed was uncomfortable.This place could have been so much nicer with a small amount of maintenance

The check in process is a disgrace. Asking people to provide credit card details over the phone is not appropriate in the current environment. And then had to send photo ID via email followed by waiting until they were not busy. Due to this we have made the decision to never stay here again.
