Location cannot be beaten.

Decor is a little tired. Room service willing and polite, but a bit erratic - towels not replaced, rooms cleaned very late…

It was a great location. The property was nice. My little girl loved the pool.

The room service food wasn’t very nice, especially for the price, and there was only one vegetarian option.

Great service, helpful staff, and perfect location. Walking distance to MCG and Richmond. Lovely pool.

The building is very very worn, the elevators were dirty, the corridors were dirty and scuffed and the room had definitely seen better days.The lighting was very dim overall with only two very bright lights and the walls and furniture were scuffed. Added to that, the amusing part was the if I wanted to have dinner, you couldn't eat at the hotel as they were only open for breakfast.

great location, large room, with door that opened onto a courtyard. staff were very friendly and helpful.

the step in shower/bath tub was very high...a serious slip hazzard. i know many people who would not be able to climb into this and feel that its a bit dangerous.

The bath tub is a bit tricky to access and if one is not tall enough it can be quiet a balancing act since there is no handle bars to get into the bath tub

Shower disgusting, bathroom PowerPoint would not hold hairdryer plug, loud whistling noise when windy outside in room, no bottle opener in room for beer,single beds very uncomfortable & only thin blanket on bedding & no bottled water provided on bedside,def not a 5 star hotel & 2nd time I’ve been disappointed staying here so I will not be returning , staff at reception were polite & friendly, my daughter & I had lots of appts to attend to so we had no time to be bringing this up with staff over the weekend until we checked out

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely big room. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom products. Cosy robe and slippers. Nice sauna and small roof garden.

There was no bar/lounge to sit and relax.

The dining room for breakfast was very utilitarian.

Perfect location for our trip. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and train station. Beds are comfortable and staff are friendly and welcoming.

Facilities are getting a little tired. Needs a Reno/upgrade

Poor Wifi service, diabolically outdated bathroom, bath and shower area —climbing into the bath required a step-ladder!

Lovely weekend stay. Very comfortable and great amenities. And an easy train to the city. Enormous spa bath!

Great location at South Yarra. King suite was a very good sized suite.

Level four looks over the glass roof atrium of the Como centre. Not a great floor to stay on.

unfortunately there was no room service after 9pm the night we stayed which was disappointing as we came back from a concert at 11.30 and there were no food places open on Chapel Street/Toorak road at that time either

The location is excellent - close to chapel street and Toorak cafes and restaurants. The hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are always large and you can get an excellent room for a reasonable price. The hotel was full given it was spring racing carnival - I booked for my partner’s big birthday and booked one of the loft penthouses- I asked for the room to be cleaned when we were out and for extra coffees and it was done on time, even though the staff were under pressure time wise. The room with sauna and jacuzzi was the perfect splurge and excellent value for money. I think the Concerige “Lionel” was incredibly helpful and efficient
