A bit disappointed with the view, I thought it would look over the river.

Great location over looking the river and the city. Lovely staff. Spacious rooms and having kitchen and laundry facilities great. You still get all the hotel benefits while having the space and convenience of an apartment. The room was serviced daily.

The rooms are fairly plain but they are clean comfy and have everything you need for a nice stay.

Rooms - were excellent, television, kitchen appliances. I liked the opening windows and door to the balcony. Location - perfect.

Bed - the mattress was too soft. There was only one beside lamp for the king-size bed.

Kitchen well equipped but it would be very useful to have a pair of kitchen scissors. Restaurant/bar rather disappointing.

Excellent rooms, well equipped and very clean. Great location with plenty of choice of restaurants and bars and close to Flinders St Station and the trams on Swanston St. Very friendly staff and great check in experience.

New safes need a bank card to lock - means you can’t leave all your cards in the safe .

no fan and poor lighting in bathroom. no raw sugar in rooms but got some from breakfast area

room was large, clean comfortable, staff excellent and caring. location was fantastic. reception staff excellent and helpful.

This location is superb for Melbourne! Close to everything including the gorgeous Southbank promenade. The size of our apartment and its amenities were perfect for us as a couple! Very comfortable!

No city view from our apartment on the P level!

Location was excellent for the AO and access to the city. Staff were exceptionally nice.

The pool is not a great feature. It is internal and there is no space for chilling out.

The staff were very helpful on arrival and We were given an Upgrade which was such a good surprise. Room was fantastic. Clean and a balcony.We were in such a great location for where we needed to go..

Absolutely nothing we didn't like...

The location was amazing, so quick and easy to get everywhere. The views are awesome if above about the 9th floor, don't want to be 6 or below or will be looking at a wall. The staff were friendly and did their best to mitigate the issues we faced with our bookings. The pool area was great and gym was functional.

In reality this accomodation is 3.5 star as getting pretty tired nowadays, and in need of a refresh to bring up to standards. We booked a King room as share bed with a little one, but only had a Queen and were placed on a low floor despite booking the superior King. Staff did their best to move us to another room but still only a King so disappointed to not get what we had booked. The view from the 7th floor was ok but would be terribly disappointed if lower than that. Still noisy at 7th floor due to garbage trucks and people out back of the arts centre. Higher floors definitely better.

Our room was amazing with beautiful views across the city - it was clean & beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for walking to the tennis. Pool was great after a hot day out. Staff on front desk were so friendly.
