possibly not enough dish washing detergent first time i stayed bundaberg ginger beer in fridge. not to worry

Had everything we needed, close to restaurants, theatres etc. Helpful staff.

TV was very old, and Couch was too, both need replacing

Room was comfortable and sufficient for short stay

Room didn't have a safe. 4 star accomodation should have a safe. Had to request for items like tissues and a writing pad which is poor. These items should be provided as standard provisions. The room required some minor maintenance (some painting required in bathroom)

Bed gave me sore back location great, had to ask for coffee and sugar all the time wasnt restocked unless asked

The bed was very good.

No toilet paper in the bathroom on arrival. One day the room wasn't serviced and we didn't get clean towels.

Great location, everything within walking distance, good value for money, very comfortable bed, quite clean room.

Location is great , very close to many shops, restaurant. Room with full of facilities (towers , kitchen, washing machine)

The receptionist was extremely rude, I was quoted $35 for parking and they made me pay $45. So many things that I could continue to raise but it’s really not worth it. Do yourself a favour and not stay at this property.

- Had a blackout period for room service during 4 day Easter long weekend and there were no prior notification provided ahead of time- Cleaning staff kept ignoring room service requests during weekdays & weekends (outside of public holidays)- No place for pickup and drop off due to location - really expensive onsite parking, ended up using 3rd party car park close to hotel at half the cost- need refurbishing

Location was great and was relatively clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful!

Take your ear plugs if staying on a Saturday night! Music from close by nightclub thumps until 3 am and young people screaming outside until around the same time made it impossible to sleep!

Property in a great position, a little hard to find initially.

The rooms were very run down and dirty. We had several problems with sewage smell in our bathroom and it was not resolved over our stay. Even after several attempts of fixing. No resolution was offered. We stayed in a peak period so paid over $800 per night

Washing machine didn't work. Services not provided over Easter were poorly communicated. The hotel effectively stopped being a hotel (in terms of any housekeeping at all) over Easter, with poor or no communication about this.

Location is great.

The room smelt so bad of cigarettes is was absolutely disgusting. The room and hotel was meant to be smoke free, however the ashtray on the air conditioning unit outside indicates otherwise. The smell was so bad our suitcase and clothes lingered of the smell when we got home! When I spoke to Reception all I was told was that they would speak to housekeeping???? Bathroom was also filthy, mould growing on areas and towels were damp.

The location was handy.

The room had a terrible smell that would not go away (we stayed 6 nights), the outside polluted CBD air was more pleasant than our room.The bed was not comfortable - too soft and slopped to the middle. The outer edge seam was rigid and you could feel it as you tried to get away from the middle.The lighting was very dim.The couch was too low for comfortable sitting (there was cooking facilities but nowhere to sit and eat for 2 people). The bench space was not conducive to actually cook.There was old food and sauce packets behind the microwave.On arrival we were informed that there was no house keeping for 4 days for to holidays (no mention at time of booking).On site parking was in a dead end lane which was often blocked by delivery vehicles when we wanted to come and go.

Not enough supplies in all fairness we were asked to ask them for more but it was a public holiday weekend no one around We did ask for morecoffee tea sugar ect they deliv to wrong room They don’t supply toothpaste or shower caps and the roomCould do with an upgrade. Also if you have any mobility issues you need to step up into a large spa to shower in the tub
