Great location to the Royal Gardens, art museums, the AO, and the city. We walked everywhere although taking a tram would have been convenient as well.

Since there is a kitchen, salt and pepper packets could be provided. Also, only three hangers was a little meager.

The room was spacious and Dede comfortable .There are signs extremely efficient and helpful staff

More pots and pans in the kitchen and we had multiple issues with the key cards .The heating unit was spasmodicly very noisy as was the construction site .

Lift 7 is a little noisy

Fantastic location in the centre of a very accessible area to the city and the gardens. Beautiful view from the room. Very clean and spacious rooms. Nice little kitchen with basics.

Very quiet area, only minutes from the cbd, easy tram ride, it was clean and tidy

Fully contained kitchen. European laundry great so you can travel with only hand luggage.

Room is looking worn. Bath scratched, bench top was chipped and marked.

Have stayed here a few times and it’s always good. Rooms can be a little dated but it’s in a great location and good value for money. Will continue to stay here when in Melbourne.

Good size rooms. clean, basic but are well equiped with everthing you need.

Construction site next door is noisy. A bit old and due for a renovation but fine for budget accommodation.

Perfect location, spacious apartment. Available parking is very helpful.

It’s a little dated, no fan in bathroom but it’s fine as a 3.5 star hotel.

I was attending dawn service at the shrine of remembrance so the location was excellent. Apartment was spacious.

No glasses in the kitchen. Would have preferred a king or queen bed rather than two singles pushed together.

1 Star ReviewUnfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We booked for 5 people but the room only accommodated 4, with only four towels provided. At other hotels, a fold-out bed is usually included, but not here. When I went to make up a bed for my daughter on the couch, the blankets were dirty and covered in someone else's hair.Our key cards repeatedly stopped working, which was frustrating. Even more concerning, there was a woman clearly under the influence of drugs who somehow made it into the hotel, with staff chasing her through the halls.The final straw was when our room door broke and wouldn’t lock. We were about to head out when we realized the issue — my husband had to stay behind for two hours while maintenance fixed it.While I have to say the staff themselves were friendly and did what they could, the overall experience was unacceptable. We won’t be staying here again.

Always a great stay here! This is my 3rd stay here in 10 years, and it is always a pleasure. Great location, great facilities at a reasonable price.

The aging property needs a bit of renovation, particularly water pressure is low in the shower.

The location to the Shrine of Remembrance for the Dawn Service

The kitchenette- the microwave was dangerously high - we are not short, but we couldn't safely remove food from the height that was expected. The plates and bowls were in a cupboard above the microwave, making the only way to get them was tip toes. When we did get the plates and bowls down, nothing matched - different size plates and bowls, as well as mismatched cultery. The cooking utensils were extremely minimal, and frying pan had non-stick coating flaking off. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so odours escaped into the living space. The outside balcony divider was completely rusty. All in all, it was a very disappointing stay. For the almost $400 for one night stay I feel it was far from value for money.

Clean, spacious and comfortable

Some minor upgrades are required, user manual on how to use the dishwasher and washing machine, these are old machines in working condition but not straight forward on how to use. Need a smart tv so we can use Netflix and so on using personal accounts.

Great location and apartment was a good size for a family. Room was generally clean and tidy. Onsite parking is convenient and easy to get into.

Rooms are a little dated and could do with a freshen up, particularly bathrooms (tile grout and bath/shower seals). Not enough towels were provided, but this was quickly sorted by reception.

Beautiful apartment with a 20min walk to the river or a quick tram. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and couch. Shower pressure was good. Check in/out was easy. Can't fault the place.
