Large and comfortable room, friendly welcome and prompt service. I rang about an item I thought I had left behind. Staff returned my call promptly. Very comfortable bed and pillows!

Better quality coffee and tea would be lovely.

The view was amazing - it was on the 14th floor and we had a view of the bay and the shrine

Love this location, next to the park and just within reach to city. Great comfortable overnight stay when doing business in the city. Parking onsite is convenient also.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that she let me check in early.

There is ongoing construction in front of the hotel, which makes the area rather noisy and dusty.

A great location , handy to all attractions

The shower was over the bath with a half glass partition. It was hard to enter and exit the shower without slipping on teither the wet bath or floor tiles.

The location was excellent, right near St Kilda Road and the Shrine of Rememberance and a short stroll to the Art Precint, the river and Flinders Street Station. The room was pretty standard but clean and comfortable.

The mattress could have been a little softer but the pillows made up for it.

Large room/s, great view, excellent staff (Zoe even called us to say the room was ready). Tram stop just at the end of the road.

Friendly and helpful staff; great location; close to Arts District; Shrine of Remembrance and Botanical Gardens. Small supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance; and a tram stop just around the corner. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was great for preparing our own food to save a couple of dollars.

The view from our window was a bit of a concrete jungle

Hotel was in the perfect location as we wanted to be close to The Shrine.There are multiple trams a short walk from the front door but also it's quite an easy walk to Flinders Street .Multiple cafes and small supermarkets nearby which was handy.Our balcony was a good size and we even had a view of the MCG.Affordable car parking option.Apartment size was very good.

A dining table in the room would have been better instead of the desk.The room did have quite a musty smell but luckily the apartment has windows that you could open.

Very friendly, quiet, well equipped, easy access to lift.

The staff are always very polite and helpful, no different this time. Location is great, walk or tram to landmarks, CBD etc. Parking on site.

Our blinds and curtains needed some TLC.

The street is noisy and windows are not double glazed so could hear all the traffic. Derelict building across the road gave us an uneasy feeling. The toilet paper is like sand paper! Beds are hard and pillows too soft. No after hours reception if we needed anything.

Reasonably central

Carpark extremely difficult to navigate and get into tight spaces. Wasn't worth the $25 charge.

Size of room, location, friendly and helpful staff

Carpet needs replacing badly, felt dirty and had a smell about it . Couch and chairs not comfortable, No ceiling fan in room and air-conditioner was leaking.

Great location, apartment had a great kitchen and features, really affordable, car parking on the level of our apartment very helpful!

It's great to have access to a gym, however, a lot of equipment was out of use and quite old. I'd also prefer a king size bed.

Friendliness and helpless of front of house, Zoe on arrival especially. Angela too was very helpful and both professional. The cleanliness was impressive, given it's a more established building it was still modern in culinary facilties and comfort.

The bath/shower absolutely needs a proper slip mat, its slip/fall potential, and unfortunately, i have a massive bruise to prove it.
