Staff were very helpful, breakfast was very good in a beautiful restaurant and the room had a wonderful view.

Lovely hotel in the perfect central location. Buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever had.

Only complaint is to get to the pool you have to walk trough the restaurant which is strange.

Check-in was 3pm but it was 4pm by the time they cleaned the room due to a previous late checkout

The staff were really nice and explained everything. View was good from the 24th floor food was really nice. And I really liked the shower with the electric curtain on one side of it great feature.

asked to be greener with not having towels/room made every day. Should then have a credit applied for future stays to make you come back to the same place rather than look at different accommodation

The staff were friendly, the restaurant food for dinner was very good, location is quite central, our room wasn't big but was well-proportioned and able to let in fresh air (ie windows open). Great to have a pool for unwinding at the end of the day (with a sneaky aperitif).

The hotel is modern but the carpets on our floor (26) were very marked and grubby looking and - in our room - the carpet and the chairs had stains. Rugs in other public areas had a few stains. To be fair staff advised they already had quotes and carpets were all being cleaned in a few weeks. We also only had one side table next to our bed which was frustrating.The exercise bike in the gym wasn't working and when I spoke to reception they said that they would talk to maintenance and would let me know the outcome -I heard from no one. The pool area had no sun lounges at all. Many guests were confused as to how the lifts worked because of the security setting I suspect.

I have stayed at this hotel three times before, but this stay was very disappointing.On the first day, when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was standing at the ground floor but did not greet me or say anything. During check-in, the receptionist’s attitude was very poor. We were communicating in English, but she only showed me information written in Chinese. She should have asked which language I preferred. I may have an Asian appearance, but that does not mean I cannot read English.I also asked about a late checkout. She said it was possible for members. I am a member, but she told me it was not allowed because I booked through Booking.com. I explained that she could check my membership using my mobile number, but she did not handle this properly. This receptionist wasted a lot of my time and showed a bad attitude. I also felt there was a slight sense of racial assumption, which was very uncomfortable, even though she is also Asian.In addition, the bathroom in the room had a strong unpleasant smell, and there were dirty stains on the sink and the sink handle. The room lights also turned off suddenly several times, which was very inconvenient and concerning.Overall, this experience did not meet the standard I expected from voco, especially compared to my previous stays.

We have found our new favourite hotel. Everything was amazing, from the staff at the front desk through to the decor in the rooms and the fabulous location.

The water bottles had run out a few times at the refill station, however, as this was over the New Year period at an exceptionally busy time, we totally understand.

A very nice hotel tucked away located so conveniently near Melbourne Central station, a great central location! The high floor room provided a decent view and the room itself was cosy, small but not cramped. Staff were very friendly. Bar staff were helpful. Didn't get a chance to access all the facilities but would definitely visit again next time.

The real only complaint were the pillows being too soft.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable with very nice interior design.

The elevators were tricky, at times sending me to different levels despite selecting the correct floor and scanning my card.

No water or toiletries in the room. Gym was tiny. And probably getting close to needing painting and floors redoing.

It felt impersonal . I was a solo traveller and the experience in the restaurant wasn’t positive
