The location worked for us.

I waited over 15 minutes to even commence check in. No apology, the staff at the bar were rude. The bar food was ok but the cocktails were expensive and very average.

Very good breakfast with plenty of choices, location was good not right in the hustle and bustle of the CBD but right on the fringe making it easy to commute to and in easy distance of all major shopping and function destinations.

Location was perfect, reception staff friendly and helpful. Sleep was great and beds were comfortable. We loved gaming room and overall fragrant different by areas but very pleasant aroma everywhere.

Lobby bar prices

The place is beautiful, very clean, good views, great breakfast, the staff very kind.

The location is good but kind of solitaire to go walking to free tram zone.

Great views of the city, staff are always friendly and helpful. The Fivth restaurant buffet breakfast is a solid option and the room service menu is decently priced with good portion sizes.

The booking process was a big downside to an otherwise great stay.On the Booking.com listing said the Executive One-Bedroom Apartment had a King bed and the picture shows a king bed. When confirming this with the hotel, they said the room only guarantees a Queen bed and that a King bed was only available by request at the time of check in subject to availability. This was despite the Booking.com listing/confirmation showing it was a king bed. Then right before check in, the Booking.com listing and confirmation in the app changed the text to Queen bed! The staff were able to assign a King bed as originally booked - but had to look up hand written notes which rooms had King beds.It really shouldn't be this difficult to book a room with a specific bed type or for staff to know what each room includes. Just advertise the King and Queen rooms separately and allow people to book exactly what they are asking for.Only other thing to add is that the towels are horrible. Whilst they were clean and fresh - they are thin and scratchy like I'd expect from a budget motel.

Big room, well-conditioned facility and good location (not in CBD but close to shopping center), easy to navigate. The place closed to South Market which very good place to discover local culture.

The hotel was well located, very very clean and modern. The reception staff were professional and very helpful.

The cooked breakfast items could have been hotter.

The value for money of this hotel is incredible. Great location to DFO, Southbank, Marvel Stadium, Convention Centre etc without the price tag of other hotels nearby. The studio studio executive was spacious with great views and so well equpped! The breakfast was awesome - with eggs cooked to order?! Happy hour, great gym, games room and friendly staff. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

I can't really fault much at all. Although there was no carpark on site it was just across the road, so still really convenient. Although there was no pool the rest of the facilities were great.

Spacious room that was very quiet. Great views and a comfy bed. Easy Chrome casting set-up. Coffee machine was better than coffee packets.

I loved the room which was clean and beautiful

The breakfast was cold and the selection was very poor. Also the staff were not too nice and I felt like checkin was hurried and a bit of an attitude as well as I was hoping for a nice little congratulations for our engagement that we informed about. Also the cafe staff were cold.

Location was great as we were attending a show at the Convention Centre which was an easy walk. Room was an amazing size.

Lovely clean hotel

Very modern and rooms were bigger in size than typical hotel options. The staff were welcoming and I enjoyed the breakfast selection and overall space. Check-in and out was simple and easy!

Don’t have any negative experiences

Close to Convention and Exhibition Centre Clean, new and had everything I needed (microwave, crockery, pots and pans).

No free access to shows/streaming apart from Free-to-air TVNo TV guide to know what shows were on

Stayed in studio executive room, was great, very spacious and had everything you needed, great view and loved Oakwood Hour which was free drinks between 5pm and 5pm in the lobby bar.

No swimming pool and parking at DFO near by was difficult and confusing

Clean and modern room, very comfy bed and daily housekeeping

Location - not CBD central (although close to the CBD, just one tram away)

Location was good near DFO, Car park was close, breakfast buffet was ok.

Convenient, clean the staff was helpful.

The view outside the window was nice, the room was nicely made, and the fancy bathroom. May have cost a bit, but it was worth it. It was nice to stay somewhere fancy for a weekend.
