Rooms were large and luxurious. Bed and linen were excellent. We were on a higher floor with magnificent views of the city and the mountains

Our door wouldn't lock, so we had to be moved to another room.

This is a great hotel to base yourself if you have friends or business near Doncaster. I use the pool, the eating and drink facilities.

I would like the hotel rooms to provide mug sized cups for coffee and tea. The cups provided are far too small.

I loved the pool and gym , especially the pilates reformer. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and quiet.. I would recommend the accommodation to others.

Great facilities and handy to Doncaster Westfield Rooftop Dining. Buffet breakfast had a good range of options, gluten/lactose free for those who need it. Mushrooms were lovely, made on request.Bee hives were a nice touch. Good views to the city and the surroundings ranges.

Pillows were all the same size, too high profile for me personally, but aside from that, the room was very comfortable.

Buffet breakfast was incredible. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Great experience! :)

Proximity to Doncaster Shoppingtown and surrounds, clean comfortable rooms, reasonably priced. Service from staff was quite friendly.

A mistake was made at reception in relation to parking, a wrong number plate was entered into the system, not allowing a smooth exit. The fridge in the room was not cold, but more like slightly cooler than room temperature. A technician looked at this the following day and fixed the issue. There was a thermostat controller at the back of the unit, which only the technician could access. This is better than being told that it is only a drinks fridge. If you want to store a beer or white wine, generally speaking Australian's want them cold. These are small items and not deal breakers. If I am being critical though, the bathroom design was quite spacious, but following a shower, the room floors become quite wet even with a floor mat down. The exhaust doesn't seem to work that well.and the vent also seemed quite dirty. Once again, not a deal breaker.

There was no option for free car parking, and breakfast was not included.Additionally, the receptionist was not very professional when I asked about staying an extra night. We were told it could not be arranged in the same room and that we had to check out and check in again.

Location was perfect for our requirements. Breakfast options were extensive & delicious. A mug option as well as cups for hot beverages would have been nice

The location was brilliant

The curtains were a little tricky to pull across, very large window - but really can not complain as they shut out all the light for the kids. If they were cut to smaller sizes it would make it less tricky.

Paid car parking was not initially recognised by the number plate recognition technology upon exit; needed to reverse and repeat. Level 3 seems a bit cramped.

There was a very strong cleaning chemical smell at reception on level 3, it was very unpleasant walking there.

I paid extra for breakfast. It was average. It was supposed to include coffee and juice but there were no alternative milk options for coffee includes and all juice containers were empty. There were also no mugs for coffee and no glasses for juice. Very poorly run and bad service. I expected much better.

It was my birthday and Sophya, the manager i believe, helped me extend my stay and also offered a huge discount on our stay including breakfast and we revieved complimentary wine and chocolate. Truly exceptional stay especially since we were there orignally for a funeral. She made the stay worth it!
