Great location, close to restaurants and shopping.Bar downstairs was convenient.

Wasn't really anything that we didn't like but was surprised that we had to go to reception to ask for toot paper as the cleaner didn't stock any.

Centralised. Only the lication is reasonably good.

House keeping is poor. No clean towel, Bathroom accessories not top up,. Have to go daily to the concierge to asked for itBin not emptied.

Comfortable room and lovely reception that were very helpful. Great location to be in CBD

Very basic. Cleaning not top notch. Air con very noisy and street level noise more than expected. Balcony had no furniture. Some fittings worn.

Great central location. Comfortable beds. Only drawback was that we were there in extreme heat for the Australian Open and the air conditioning didn’t quite reach completely into the bedrooms at night. Cleaning staff were run off their feet and failed to leave towels but these were easily accessed at reception. Reception staff were extremely helpful with orientating is and giving recommendations.

Great location, spacious clean room, friendly helpful staff. Will definitely book again next time in Melbourne.

It was a really great size and layout. Loved the chromecast tv which was easy to use.

There was no cleaning done in what was described as a serviced apartment. We went to ask about it and was assured it should have been done that day (it wasn’t) so they said it would definitely be done the next day and nothing was done. They did not once provide more dishwasher powder, they never once wiped the kitchen work tops or hoovered or dusted in our 7 night stay

Great location, spacious apartment and helpful reception staff

Housekeeping hit and miss some days no towels , bathroom not cleaned.Small couch, no chair mismatched plates and glassware. Hotel a bit tired generally.

We have stayed here many times and always have a great stay. The staff were very friendly and obliging and this is what makes a great holiday.

Only 2 of everything for an apartment that sleeps 4. Traffic noise was louder than other places I’ve stayed at in similar areas with windows closed and we were on the tenth floor. So noise insulation isn’t super. Cleanliness. There was some blood on the wall in one of the bedrooms and while otherwise okay wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed. I asked staff for some champagne glasses and they said they would get some but they never arrived.

Location was amazing and so were the views.Beds were super comfy. Loved that the option of house keeping was there but you could also skip it. Great blend between hotel and apartment.

No fans in bedrooms, rooms were very hot so had to sleep with the doors to the main room open which limited privacy.TV wasn’t linked to wifi so could not connect or cast.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Location was great. The beds were comfortable and the windows opened a little. Luggage storage was appreciated and the room was ready early.

It was seem after seeing a few rooms that all carpet is stained and needs replacing. Housekeeping appears not to use a checklist - not enough glasses and no cooking pots, quickly rectified by reception. Iron was very dirty - small points but contributed to the experience.

I've stayed here a few times now. Staff are always friendly. Room is always spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Its in a great location with restaurants very close buy for easy meal purchases.

This time, I couldn't chrome cast my Netflix or Stan - just kept saying there was no wifi connected to the TV. I've done this before so it was a bit annoying. Would have spoken to the staff but there was an evacuation due to a kitchen fire next door. Also found that the telephone didn't seem to call up reception.

I've stayed here 3 times now and have had comfortable sleep each time. great location and the 24hour desk has been a great help on several occasions. highly recommend.
