Road works were confusing on arrival

Everything about it was wonderful.

Location, staff, food, comfortable rooms, especially the bed and the amazing view onto the Yarra

Because of construction - easy to miss the entrance , and at one point the construction guys had their barrier across the driveway - we had to ask them to remove it ! Although housekeeping left Our room clean . The day we needed to get ready for an event , our room wasn’t clean until after 500pm - so frustrating trying to find towels to get ready etc - felt sorry for the attendant - prob wasn’t his fault - more likely lack of staff .

Room comfort and facilities and the view. Size and bed excellent. Great to be able to cast directly to the tv.

Smell in the corridor of diesel. Bit yuk. Jag was dangerously - spilled boiling water everywhere- left a sticky note on it to replace. Breakfast was good but a bit chaotic in Opies.

Nice comfy room, helpful staff, good location

The room was very right/small, we had a view to the pool which was OK. Bathroom was nice. The bed was comfortable.

There was nothing in the mini fridge, not even water.

The room was very spacious and comfortable and the view from the window down the river was spectacular. Pool facilities were good too.

We arrived on a Thursday and when we got back to the hotel after dinner out we were told that the bar was not open on a Thursday night. I find this quite bizarre for a city centre high end hotel. The queue for breakfast was the longest I have ever seen. Clearly not fit for the size of the hotel.

Location was great central to everything we needed , Staff were amazing , Room was spacious and very clean, complimentary buffet breakfast was also amazing , such value for money

our Ubers (3) had difficulty finding the entrance. The sign at the beginning of the ramp wasn't specific enough for the driverswe could hear the street noise from outside specially at night.the breakfast buffet was ordinary. nothing spectacular.My wife had an accident in the room and had to be hospitalised for 3 days. We had to check out on Sunday as per the original booking but we had to stay longer as my wife couldn't fly due to her injury. Morel from customer service didn't make any effort to make us extend our stay at the Crowne Plaza. we had to book another hotel

I meant to book a different room, but something obviously did not go through, however we were very comfy.

It was not a big issue, but we requested some ice. The reception told us that it would be fine, but it never arrived.

Newcarpets are needed in the passage and rooms.Walking into such a high class hotel and be received by worn out carpets with a bit of an unpleasant smell is not good. This was my 2nd time staying there with my daughter and we love the place..

Location is perfect…comfortable bed and quiet room.

Disappointed as should have been water bottles in the room :( was happy to pay for it but there wasn’t any available so there did had to drink tap water which I think is sad

Room was clean, well presented and not dated like a lot of other hotels for same price.
