all nite long there was some sort of major motor noise (Industrial ventilation fan?) adjacent (it seemed) and the bathroom was ALWAYS cold and draughty.

Right in the centre of Werribee. Great location, easy to find street parking. Local restaurants within walking distance. 10 mins from Werribee Zoo (our reason for going). Great views across the flat plains of the West. Included breakfast was good, staff very helpful.

Nothing to add - the experience was very good.

The room was beautiful, amazing view! The restaurant was amazing, we had the buffet breakfast and it was so good. The staff were very friendly and lovely, helped me to check in early and had everything ready for my husband who arrived later including parking. Highly recommend!

Bed was good, shower was excellent

Weird layout, reception on 8th floor, noisy and phone kept buzzing starting at 5:15 am.

The room was huge and shower was amazing

Couldn't get out into the little courtyard outside, seemed like wasted space with an amazing view

The staff were great, especially Celeste who was looking after the function room I was in for a conference and dinner. I cant remember the last time I've experienced such excellent service from someone in hospitality. She deserves recognition for this!

Finding reception ( On the 8th floor)

Easy check in process, staff were really helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable, excellent facilities. Location was central and parking was easy. Great instructions on how to enter parking and get to reception.

There wasn't a lot of space in the room for 3 peoples luggage

Suprised there was no fan in the bathroom, especially in a small space.

Hotel facilities were nice for the area

Cockroach in my bedroom. Sheets were not clean.There were dodgy people around the hotel and the car park was next door - unsafe at night with not much lighting. Didn’t feel safe

The property was nice and central to everything. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again
