Old run down and dirty. Air con didn't work properly. Sheets and bedding was stained and dirty

I have stayd before and it's a good, comfortable motel at a keen price point in an excellent location (for my purposes) with very helpful management. My last visit had to be cancelled due to a death in the family and, despite having passed the cancelation period, the management still approved a refund. Will definitely book again.

Loved the location, onsite parking, room to sit and have a meal and the 10:30 check out!!Good quality complimentary cookies. Reasonably priced. We've stayed twice and will be back when we need a bed in Melbourne.

The room was clean enough and the location was convenient for the airport. Communication with staff was good and they were able to organise a late check in

Our room was very small and outdated. There were a few things that needed repairing. From the many positive comments I expected a bit more. I’m assuming prices were higher than usual because of Anzac Day because it didn’t seem like good value

I’ve used this property quite a few times and never been disappointed. It’s cleans with very comfortable beds and great showers

Location was perfect for the purpose of our visit. Tram and train easily accessible and very easy walk to a choice of shopping sites.

Noise very noticeable from next door unit as our rooms had an adjoining door which let sound through easily.

Older property but well presented good value and lovely owners

The room is extremely clean, free of any insects. It's quite quiet at night. The facilities are great, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff members have high professional qualities. It's close to the airport and the transportation is convenient. 非常干净非常好，服务好
