I arrived after-hours and the welcome information was clear and easy to follow. The staff contacted me via phone to ensure I had all the information I needed.

There were a few (minor and faint) signs of wear-and-tear on the walls from other guest and/or luggage. Other than that, the place was wonderful

Location was great, just a minute's walk to the Docklands tram, with direct trams to Southern Cross and the city centre.The unit was spacious enough for 2, and had all the amenities you could ask for: fridge, a coffee capsule machine, oven, washing machine, dryer, etc.The heater was sufficient for the temperature (12-14 degrees).Bed was comfy, the entire building was very quiet despite being a commercial building.Not much of a view from the living room, though.The parking was considered the cheapest we've found amongst the many hotels that provided any parking at all, for 30 AUD per night. Though you have to exit by 10AM the next day.A minor complaint is the office only opens at 9AM, so realistically you can only return the parking keys between 9 and 10 AM, which can be inconvenient if you plan to leave earlier.

The water boiler was a little old, and didn't look very clean.The washing machine was pretty archaic and difficult to operate. Would be good to have some instructions provided.The position of the sink in the toilet is weird, its partially blocked by the top shelf, making it impossible to have your head positioned over the sink.

Perfect location with a tram stop right in front of the building; Well equipped facilities, including strong internet, kitchen utensils, cooking stuff, washing machine, dryer, heater, vacuum cleaner, iron, dish washing machine, big fridge, etc; not far from the Southern Cross Station and the District, where shops and restaurants are located; Located in the free tram zone is the best benefit of staying here; so lucky to have the habour view room- it is splendid ! ; Luggage storage is doable, please check with staff; staff is nice and try to solve the problems for us as much as they could.We booked in advance and got a very good rate. This is my 4th time to Melbourne but my first time here. If I come back to Melbourne, this place will be the first option that I will consider.

Vacuum cleaner did not work well, and dryer was very loud. The room planning is a bit strange as when you open the door, you will find the bed first. No proper sliding door to separate the bedroom, just a curtain. This was fine with me. However, at night time, I heard people coming back from outside, and talking so loud-very annoying. Moreover, one night , someone even tried to open my door. I was sure that it was a mistake but because the room had no peephole, so I could not check-felt so unsafe. In addition, the room is not auto locked, so every time, I left the room, I needed to manually lock it.

Location was convenient, right by the tram zone! The apartment had everything - kitchen was stacked, washing machine, bedroom nice and clean, free WiFi.Very quiet and pleasant stay

Lovely friendly staff who sorted out the correct room after we were checked into the wrong room by mistake. Fantastic location with a tram stop right outside. Beautiful view from the balcony. Everything we needed.

The areas were well laid out with quality fittings and fixtures and beautiful view of the dock lands everything we needed.

The location was nice. That was it.

When I walked in the apartment stunk. The TV reception didn't work, the wifi wouldn't let me connect because of poo connection. The sofa was warn out and gross. I know I booked during F1 weekend, so the price was inflated, however WTF, how wildly overpriced for what is quite evidently a converted office.

Great location and easy access to public transport with a tram stop right out the front of the building. Parking was easy and convenient.

Facilities need attending to. Toilet seat was falling off, fridge so noisy that we needed to turn it off to sleep, water leaked out of the shower door onto the bathroom floor. The room smelt like bleach upon arrival. Staff weren’t particularly friendly upon check in or check out.

The location is fantastic. Close to Marvel Stadium and Docklands shopping. Tram out the front. Easy walking distance to the CBD.

Great location. Opposite the harbour promenade and cafes. Also, it's within the free tram zone, which made local travel fast and free.
