The location and the room were good.

The evening restaurant manager is a borderline condescending piece of existence who feels that its absolutely imperative to let the guests know that they have made a huge mistake coming to the restaurant late and that too on a 31st night, by continously citing restaurant policies for dining. People should first learn how to speak properly before getting into the hospitality industry

Room was clean, we had everything we needed to be self-contained, staff were friendly and helpful.

Entry doors slam waking you up through the night, and sounds like a gun going off, they should be soft closing, a Small TV in the bedroom would be a great addition.

there is nothing to like when you have to sleep on the floor even if you made the reservation. I don't recomand this.

incompetent receptionist. I made the reservation and we slept on the floor in the lobby with two little kids. he saw the reservation on Booking but because something didn't synced with something in his system, he didn't give us the room even if he saw the confirmation. I am very disappointed. My kids were crying, at 3 am, what else we can do but to sleep on the cold floor. don't come here, you will pay for the reservation and you will not be able to go into the room.

2-bed apartment had everything we needed. Steam room and sauna were awesome!

For the price, it would have been nice for breakfast to be included.

The staff were helpful and supportive with the booking arrangements. Although we had difficulty doing online payments they were patient with us and allowed us to make payment upon arrival. The location was good,close to the tram station with easy access into CBD and nearby services. The Hotel rooms were kept tidy on a daily basis, the beds were comfortable with clean facilities. Location was close to the convention centre which was convinient for our movement to & fro. Thank you for this experience and I highly recommend for anyone travelling to attend events at the Melbourne Convention Center.

the facilities such as the diswasher dont really work. they look good but dobt work very well also provisions for use such as rubbish bags and dishwashing liquid.. non existant.. none provided. also the front desk girl on arrival was rude....

The bed and pillows were amazing

It’s not a hotel it’s a residential building. I wish I had of known this.. going to the gym was full and felt like I was intruding on the residents space. Sauna was great, pool is too small to do laps, and the restaurant wasn’t open so I had to go for a walk at 8:30pm to get some dinner.. not ideal for a business stay. Would pick elsewhere in future

Property was clean. Very noisy location on corner of building at intersection on both sides on second floor. All street noise could be heard

Reception and restaurant staff were great, always greeting us professionally and smiling. Helpful and professional at all times

No aircon in bedroom only in lounge room so when baby asleep room was very hot with bedroom door closed. Front door to apartment slams shut - pushing you out. Door slammed on partners hand, not safe.

Location was good. Room was clean and tidy.

Front desk were not friendly or welcoming. Management were not very accommodating when they presented an issue that they had with swipe access. Management offered us to go any find somewhere else to stay at 5:30pm on the evening of check-in.

Great location for access to shopping and dining, easy to walk most places. Lovely view from penthouse apartments.

Sadly not meeting the mark on cleanliness, our beds etc were fine but the lounges were dirty, one of our rooms had the lounge covered in a blanket to hide huge stains, the other room had food scraps down the gaps in the couch. Food on floor under coffee table, floors were tacky/sticky and you could feel feet stick as you walked around.Pool area is TINY in comparison to photos, swimming area only approx 2x6M and completely undersized for the hotel size. Wasted rooms like the lounge and library (without books!) that would never get used due to the million rules that apply. Pool area also not overly clean, worn out furniture and bad smell in the bathroom areas. Disappointing as the location is great, staff were friendly but I would go again, especially at the price point. We also had to have a holding fee for a $1500 bond on the room which seemed high and that was held until checkout. Bedrooms in penthouse apartment tiny, okay for our kids to use but if travelling as 2 or 3 couples it would be really disappointing to not have the master bedroom as the others were very cramped in comparison.

Very good location in South Bank, spacious room and great service We weren't aware that for long stays cleaning was 2 times in 10 days, but managed okay Washing machine and dryer that made traveling easier

Our room was very clean, spotless. The robes supplied were lovely and soft and upon arriving the Hotel has a gorgeous scent in the air. The Hotel has modern, stylish decor and everything is upkept. The pool has city views and so nice for an Hotel to have the pool outside in the lovely sun rather than indoors. Although smaller than we imagined, the pool worked for what we needed. I enjoyed a lovely steak in the restaurant which far exceeded typical hotel food. Wasn’t expecting a washer, dryer and full size fridge in our room either.
