Quest Burwood East

The space was great, spacious and clean. Modern state of the art facilities that offered solace and optimal comfort. Great location with everything we need close by. Very passionate and lovely staff. Appreciated the fact that we could make meals/heat food

Wished that there be a swimming pool inclusion, that would complete the already amazing experience :)

I was in a terrible situation where website Agoda booked wrong dates taking majority of my money not refunded for nearly 10 days, Quest Burwood allowed me to pay the deposit in cash so that I didn't have to wait for refund leaving me money to enjoy my stay. I also had my cat with me the check in was easy and the staff wonderful.

I the studio room the frying pan needed replacing and hotel was fully booked so couldn't provide an alternative.

Staff friendliness, location, cleanliness and facilities.

Nothing that I didn't like; but can be improved by sealing the shower door so that water will not seep onto the bathroom floor.

Location was central for us.

Check in was difficult to find.It should be more clearly signposted on the side street, that it is via the car park.

No breakfast that I knew of.

The thermostat was not intuitive. I had difficulty figuring how to adjust it.

The apartments are actually well appointed.Once I was moved, the second apartment was lovely, good space, fabulous almost 180degree views, beautiful breeze coming through.

The first apartment I was put in was filthy and worn. It's smelled odd and there was fur, cigarette butts and paint stains everywhere. Soundproof is a stretch, we had to wear earplugs to sleep.

I stay here often when visiting family and always find the staff friendly, very helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is great.

Unfortunately this stay I was given a room that wasn't up to the standards I'm used to receiving here. I spoke to reception and showed them photos and I was immediately moved to another room to which I was very grateful for and standards were met as they always have been previous visits. This was my 8th stay here.

Location was perfect as was visiting at Peter James centre and was able to use vline and tram to here

Space was good

Could have been a bit cleanerNo plug in sink to wash dishes Disagree about paying for parking

The staff were really friendly price really good and the best we could have our little dog with us

The room was really clean bed was amazing love the place

Comfortable bed

Leaking shower with only 2 towels and 1 bath matDog barking next doorDrilling/renos in room above Only 2 pillows for bedding when usually you get 2 a soft and a hard option. And no thick blanket to add on top of bedding Dirty dishes stashed back into cupboards and in misplaced spots….

Generally clean and really decent facilities! The reception staff were very nice and helpful.

Stayed for about 7 nights and only asked for room cleaning 3 times, second time the bed wasn't made and they missed giving some of the towels. Told the room service staff the following day but they forgot about the towels again.

Location, parking and size of the apartment.

Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. Fantastic shower and bathroom and bed was so comfy. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I requested a late checkout and was not charged for it which we really appreciated. We were having a Christmas gathering nearby with family so it was a great location for us.

Quest is pet friendly and I love dogs but just wanted a good night's sleep as we had traveled a long way and had a big day the next day with family. There was a connecting door in our apartment and I could hear a dog barking and people talking even though the apartments are listed as soundproof. Walls not doors I assume. Later at night there were people running up and down the hallway and a dog barking probably getting some exercise which is fair enough under the circumstances. Overall our stay was very good with great amenities and comfort+++++

For a pet friendly hotel this place is always very clean everytime we stay. Love the staff, and the laundry facilitie is so handy.Second stay here with our little pup and safe to say we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Clean, friendly

Lights kept turning on and off in the room. Very irritating.

Easy access to local shops and restaurants, check in was smooth and swift etc..

Quest Burwood East was a great boutique hotel. Very handy for the visits I wanted to make. Clean and tidy room with a lovely balcony. Good kitchenette. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Situated on a Very busy intersection so parking for people picking me up in a car is difficult.
