Beautiful hotel in an amazing location, even had our rooms ready a few hours early without even asking, friendly staff, super clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows, can chromcast your own TV too

Room service option has a cash option, so selected that and paid cash as I like to give a tip to the server. Upon checking out I was told that It didn't show I paid cash and even though it was selected when ordered and given to the room server upon delivery i didn't have any proof

Staff were extremely helpful friendly and professional. The facilities were top notch and the location was perfect.

Great location….quiet side street off one of the main streets in the CBD.

Staff at reception were very helpful.Special mention to Harrison, who was very friendly and gave our friend (who was celebrating her birthday) some complimentary wine for her birthday. That was a very nice gesture and made her feel very special.

Breakfast was delicious, however we were not told that the barista made coffee was at an additional cost.I feel very strongly that this should be included in the breakfast package.

Good location to enjoy a Melbourne visit. We took the FREE Bourke St tram from the Southern Cross station to the Hilton. The property and staff were exceptional

The most comfortable bed ever! Great location in the middle of Melbourne, everything was walkable. Lovely helpful staff and clean, tidy room.

Only downside was no pool but that wasn't an issue for us.

Very nice and well placed. Clean. We got family rooms (actually two connected rooms ) and they provided bedding with unicorns and dinosaurs for kids. Very simple move, but so emotionally pleasant.

Location and friendliness of front staffs especially Jonathan and his team on 1st of January and on 3rd of January.

There’s no slipper in the room. We have stayed in different Hilton hotel in Australia ( Perth), Asia and in Europe this Hilton by far has the least selections of breakfast. And there’s no coffee machine and there’s no juicer in breakfast area.

Excellent central location yet still quiet. Modern fittings yet a lot of historic character. Staff were polite and responsive.

There are a lot of hefty additional charges, like for a cot and hot breakfast (on top of the breakfast we thought we’d paid for with the room), and even for WiFi (in 2026!). An unwelcome surprise when paying for a 5 star hotel not a low cost airline. Also no milk (or even creamer) in the rooms for tea and coffee.

In an excellent position, in the centre of Melbourne. Very clean and comfortable.Staff were friendly and polite, very helpful.Breakfast was buffet, with an omelette station, staff were helpful.
