So close to shops! Awesome coffee shops along the strip and close to public transport

Property is due for a makeover, needs painting and carpet. Bathroom only basically cleaned. We had to change rooms for a 2 night stay

This property misleads customers. The place was filthy. Walls, bathroom, toilet, holes in carpet, dirt everywhere.It was for our Son and daughter-in-law visiting us but they stayed 10 minutes , shocked so they took pictures of mess , left and we had to book another hotel at last minute . The Manager when I complained and asked for my money back hung up on me. I will be contacting Booking.com to tell them about this disgusting place .

It was filthy, holes in carpet , walls filthy never been cleaned in years, a terrible place. Booking.com should take this place off their site

Due to an issue with the apartments we were transferred to their backup location. The backup location didn't appear to be of the standard we were expecting. We were expecting somewhere with a bit of space but the apratment we got was really only suitable for sleeping. A bit disappointing

Nothing it was full of sex workers and their clients we could not even stay the first night

Bed was comfortable, parking off street. Fee reasonably cheap. The space smelled of take away food. The shower was mouldy and the bathroom floor had white drops of ? On it.Location good and quiet space.

There was no mattress protector on the bed, shower and ceiling above shower were mouldy. The lounge room smelled of old takeout food.

Shower pressure was good. Beds seemed clean.

It was musty, dirty carpets, old dirty curtains, very dirty windows a window sills, not enough utensils, staff not nice

The location was good, but this was outweighed by the poor state of the apartment.

The apartment was aweful Very, very dirty. It looked like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned for at least 6-months, The fridge and oven hadn't been cleaned since the last tennant. Old and outdated.

Not impressed and do not recommend

Requested early check in which they advised they’d be able to provide us with the room key even if the room wasn’t ready at the time we arrived. Upon arrival nothing was organised, the person trying to book us in had no idea and had to go and check and fluffed around. Had to leave for the event without the room key. Was a 35 degree day and advised it would be very late when we got back, aircon was not turned on for us and the room was stinking hot. The aircon in the room did blow out cool air however even with the fan speed on max it took an hour for the room to even slightly cool down. Sent a message at midnight stating to check in from a link or the booking would be cancelled. Will not be back

This apartment No.12 is run down, unclean and there were no glasses or coffee mugs. Way overpriced for what it is.

Easy finding for us out of towners. The suite was a surprise indeed. Perfect design for feeling comfortable and plenty of space. The bathroom was the same, a pleasant surprise, all in all perfect from the lady at reception to the smiling farewell from other residents. all in all everything we had dared to hope for.

Property was very dirty in the unit and garden is all overgrown with weeds. It is not like the brochure shows.

The room was dirty and carpet needed cleaning. Furniture had holes in it. The garden is overgrown with weeds and the whole facility needs to be cleaned inside and out, and the furniture replaced.

Good location but on a busy road. Easy, short walk to supermarket and restaurants. Train station a short walk with regular trains into Melbourne.

It was in need of update & care! The shower-head was tied on with laces! When we mentioned it at reception they had the part which my husband then fitted! There was a dishwasher but only 2 mugs & no bowls! The curtains were hanging off the rails! Small things but they all add up!

Wasn’t clean very dirty. outdated. expensive. Didn’t feel safe. Room smelt like vomit. Mould everywhere

Room was compact, clean and had what we needed.

pull down blockout blinds covered door to balcony making entry and exit to balcony difficult.

Safety first- smoke detector had a plastic bag taped around it. Hole in the floor right where you walk past the bed. Burn marks from an iron on the floor. Only 2 teabags. Milk used by date was 4 months ago. Great features.

Booking was swapped without letting me know. Went from a deluxe 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom with a single bed in the lounge. Would have been nice to have notice first I wanted to book elsewhere. I was told the previous guest wanted to stay longer so was they get the room and I get downgraded.

Convenient location for what we wanted to be in Melbourne for.

We shared a 2 BR unit with another couple (friends). The toilet/bathroom was off the main bedroom. The couple in the other bedroom had to come through our bedroom during the night to go to the loo:-(We are also in an upstairs unit which was a struggle to get our cases up to (especially for one of us who has limited mobility).
