Clean and welk serviced apartment

Location was not the best, but still very well reachable and easy to get an uber from to the center

Clean and tidy rooms, 2 room option wad a good layout.

Could provide a bit better coffee making facilities and some furniture needs repair

Was perfect location for our event and close to shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

I don't like that the website advertises the property has parking available (does not mention extra cost) then you are charged for parking at check-in.

Great location, very spacious and well appointed apartment. Helpful staff. Responsive to bedding configuration request. Plenty of secure parking - $10 rate p/day reasonable. Comfy beds.

Cooktop didn’t work. Smoke detector in kitchen was covered by plastic. Couches and decorative cushions on beds were stained. No fly screens on windows or patio door. Staining/dirty around toilet and floor in bathroom.

It was quiet and our 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable. The location suited us perfectly.

The property looks tired with some paint and maintenance required. The air in the corridor and in the entry to our apartment was stale.

Walls are too thin, neighbours in apartment 32/33 were extremely inconsiderate and very loud, TV in main bedroom missing the remote.

Very clean inside. Noticed the floors and living space was also quite clean.Towels and soaps also provided, kitchen utensils and cooking equipment also provided which is good

Bit out of the way of cbd so car is helpful.

Friendly staff, clan, quiet, good location, walking distance to cafes and public transport.

We arrived after hours and the process we were messaged made it really simple to get in so that made things very easy. Great location, waking distance to Deakin university.

There was a piece of used dental floss on the door handle of one of the showers but otherwise it was great everything else was squeaky clean.

Absolutely everything, location, parking, quietness, comfy beds, super clean, well equipped kitchen, large spacious apartments and of course the friendly kind and helpful staff, and good value

The location was very convenient, and the apartment was spacious enough for our needs with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay.

At times it could be very noisy from the passing traffic, especially when there were emergency vehicles passing, the apartment could probably benefit from double glazing.

Very clean and well set up apartment. Tram stop right out front.

My son is heading to Deakin University. The stay there was to help him settle down. The location is excellent. Within walking distance to the campus. If you don’t want to walk, it is just 1 tram station away. There is a tram stop right in front of the apt. Opposite the apt are lots of food choices. Very good location. A few trams stations away is a huge shopping area.We arrived after office hours but collecting the key and getting in was a breeze. Very advance in their system.What you see is what you get. Pictures of the apt i. the website i as real as it can get.

Bed and pillow too soft for me but this is individual preference. Aircon temperature, I believed has a thermostat. Sometimes, is too cold.

Convenient to work location. Excellent value for money.

TV reception wasn't great but not enough of an issue when only wanting to watch the news.

I needed to work during my stay in the apartment but the wifi was insufficient to download and upload files. I also missed a desk. There was only a small table to eat.The cooking utilities (pans) were poor.There were no curtains in the living room.The coffee table was of very poor quality.Noice of the cars in the street at night and from neighbours due to low sound isulation.

Cooked our own breakfast. Kitchen area was okay. Location was not convenient if we need to go to downtown area or mall area.

Everything was good.
