The milk supplied by the hotel was 6 months past it?s use by date resulting in me getting sick and missing parts of the show I had come to watch

Very spacious room. I was pleasantly surprised. Good layout out too. Beautiful building nicely restored. Great location to shops, cafes, pubs etc. Easy to walk to. Value for money.

TV was a bit small for the size of the room.

Lovely place to relax and unwind. Quite a nice apartment with a view. Small things to work on including stains on floor and minor touch ups but overall a lovely stay and would stay here again

No face to face at check in or check out. Man wanted us to pay but didn't make himself available at check in or check out. Contacted me by phone at 11pm wanting us to pay.Not good customer service.

Convenient location and last minute availability

The receptionist was very rude over the phone, having not replied to me through the app. Made it very awkward and difficult to gain access to the apartment by not answering multiple phone calls and messages and then being blunt and rude when he did answer. The room smelt musty with a couple of friends in the room (flies). Had to take the cover off the dusty air con unit and get it working the old fashioned way by resetting it considering the remote wouldn’t work. Over all our stay was fine and did the job for getting the head down but I wouldn’t stay again.

Location was excellent for F1 gate entrance and restaurants in the evening.

The location was great!

It smelt like bleach, had a weird noise like a shower was going at 1am in the morning for like 20 minutes. There was absoulty no garden view which i thought our room was. The floor was broken and stuck down with tape. The remotes had no working batteries. The sink tap in the kitchen area was broken and the sink in the bathroom had silicone with mould in it. I'm telling you these things because they are such easy fixes to have a nice space.

It was convenient location for our event however a bit of a sketchy street. Late check out

It was not clean I didn’t want to touch anything we found a cigarette butt under the bed when checking we had not left anything behind before leaving the walls were very dirty as was the floor very run down. The bathroom lights didn’t work. And certainly did not look like the photos on booking.com or their website we would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Just glad we’re just there for the one night

Good location.

The place was filthy, the carpets, the walls, kitchen countertops etc. We raised our concerns the evening of our first night, I didn’t think I’d be able to sleep in the bed as there were bugs flying around and crawling on the carpet and kitchen countertops. We were offered a room clean or swap. We chose the swap which was a bit better but still had massive stains on the carpets and an awful damp smell. I understand we didn’t pay much money for our stay and expected it to be basic, but I also expected it to be clean.

Terrible experience.. not even close to 4 star accommodation

No pre check in info was sent prior to arrival. There was nobody onsite for check in, had to call the after hours number 15 times before someone got back to me.The walls were paper thin and the neighbours were up all night with music going. Had to listen to them have sex multiple times. The Shower was borderline accessible, with the shower door opening being very tightTV remote only turned TV on. Couldn’t change Chanel or increase volume to drown out the sex noise.Carpets are filthy.Parking wasn’t included as advertised on booking dot comAnd then add in Junkies walking up and down street smashing pay phones and kicking cars with the needle dispensary just down the road.

Fantastic location near central St Kilda, eateries and the water

The room was spacious and the location was super close to the main strip, just a 5 minute walk or so.

The other tenants were loud with little soundproofing between rooms.

It was all that we required with a comfortable bed and great shower

2 chairs were broken. No decent wine glasses

Great location if you’re wanting to explore St Kilda.

This property has no professional or commercially standard service desk or staff. They market as “apartments” but the facilities associated with someone wanting an apartment studio like space to sit at a table, around a TV or kitchen were non existent. You could do better cooking dinner at a park w a barbecue.

Room was ready on time. Staff were communitive. Shower was cute as it had LED lights as the shower head. Overall kitchen area was clean. Beds had fresh sheets and I watched her clean the rooms.

Room had soft drink bottles under the bed. The room had spiders and spider webs in there. Mould in areas of the bathroom. It was very run down and not like the images. Reception was a mess.

Good bathroom (but couldn’t lock the door)plenty of pressure in the shower . Kitchen good pretty much had everything , though bar fridge super small .Quiet area heard no traffic, slept well.bed was pretty comfortable.close to tram and good pubs, cafes nearby.

Air conditioning didn’t work properly wasn’t cold,leaked and dripped water on carpet . Carpet wrinkled and very old, had a musty smell in the room. Patio too small and uninviting, couldn’t put the blinds right up to get out there anyway.( sliding glass doors)bedroom could do with a bit of a makeover, very old .website photos didn’t reflect , made it look better .

They’re so nice letting me check in early.

A few minor maintenance fixes required in the shower as it’s spraying water and leaking. But it is still working so was fine. I didn’t mind.
