Beds were comfy and room was very clean, good amount of towels and glasses.

It was a bit awkward when it came to the bathroom as the toilet/shower glass is partially see through, which may be fine for a couple however I was travelling with my brother, sister-in-law and niece, causing us to have to take longer time to get ready for an event we were attending as there also were not many other alternative mirrors or power points while also working with dimmed lighting.

Stayed here many times. Nice room. First time we received a corner room.

Booked a high level city view but only city view was if you looked left out the window. So not exactly what we paid for.

Location was great

In the morning everyone had the same checkout time so we had to wait about 15-20 min for our car which was in valet parking.

The pool was the main reason we stayed and it didn’t disappoint. We spent half our stay by the pool and it hit the spot. Perfect weekend of relaxation.

Had Brekky at Mr??? This was good though coffee was warm.

Toilet brush would be a good idea in the room toilet and in the public access toilets.

Overall experience was great, the beds were very comfortable and the staff even more so, the bathroom layout took a bit getting used to but it helped with bonding with my partner

the pool is a bit mediocre, wished there was more facilities, and I understand it is an extra cost but when it comes to paying for the rooms, would’ve hoped that breakfast would be included with that type of pricing

We loved the pool area and the views of the city were amazing! Loved the amenities kit, robes & slippers. The bed was a 10/10 perfect to sleep in.

We felt the staff could be more helpful and friendly. We found it abit rude that there was no streaming services but instead you had to pay for them and there was only free to air TV. We found the carpet was outdated and had stains on them. The parking situation looked to be a nightmare and we found catching an Uber was challenging during peak hour.

Checkout was at 12 o’clock we asked for towels. The towels came at 11 o’clock and it was four of us to have a shower. I asked for an extended checkout time. They said no 12 was the latest that we could stay wasn’t happy without even though it was our fault that they took more than half an hour to 40 minutes to bring the towels.

We love the location and the layer and the comfortability of the loft

Lovely hotel with everything you could want or need, truly five star. Super comfortable bed, luxurious pillows, toothbrush! A great rainfall shower head, all the comforts you need in the way of toiletries and a fully stocked mini bar which I did try to resist but the midnight munchies got the better of me. The location is very convenient and they also have a myriad of facilities on site.

Hard to pick any negatives. Price? Lol. A handheld shower head is always lovely for ladies. This is a well oiled machine and it’s hard to find something to dislike. My stay wasn’t long enough. I will stay again if the opportunity arises.
