its was close to the area in the CBD in wanted to visit for the night.

The door rattled with the wind.

Great place to stay! Great rates and our room was both clean and comfortable!

Bathroom was big

Some milk for a cup of tea. And take away the previous visitors leftovers out of the fridge

Outside was dated but a good surprise when I walked into the room. Clean and spacious.

Outside looks like a dump but who cares as inside counts.

Close proximity to tram stop.

Window has cobwebs, 2 power points were not working and stairs going up does not seem to be safe as it was too steep. The others are fine though.

Size of room & good location

The bed needed up dating. I couldn't find a hair dryer. We weren't offered a milk to go with tea/coffee. There was no toaster.Needs a really thorough clean, like walls had tea drips & bathroom needs a thorough clean. You can see that the gardens were really nice but now needs a more attention.

Decor was worn and in some cases broken, such torn curtains and missing towel rail. Some things were still dirty such light switches in bathroom.

Nice, clean, adequately appointed room; in-room spa tub was a treat and well worth the price; location was immensely convenient to trams and not too far from the train station; staff were cordial and welcoming

The external walls are a touch on the thin side, and there seems to be something that makes people have brief but shouty arguments in the car park

Noth8ng. We booked in and arrived at 8.30pm to pick up the room key and check in.. The office was locked. Then, rang the manager.Hhe failed to answer the phone. Sign on the front tidely says all rooms were booked out. Now being forced to find alternative accomodation. No night manager, no communication a waste of time and money. I should get a refund can you facilitate?Taken photos to prove the above.

The location and car park are easy to access and its relatively quiet and not lively so we were able to have peace to sleep at night.

There was no blanket in the room so we had to go buy one. It was freezing cold. The shower had mould in the grout. People smoked just outside our door which triggered my asthma and made the room smell bad.

The location was handy to family in Yarraville. Also very handy to public transport. Minimal noise.

There was only one teaspoon, and the coffee cups were tiny.

Good sized room with free onsite parking. Close to public transport. Quiet location.

Pillows were flat like pancakes. Shower had mould in it.

Good location, handy for access to Footscray Hospital, plenty of free parking at property.

Aircon didn't work, bathroom was gruby with hairs on floor Power point in room was loose and hanging out of wall.

Rubbish bins were not emptied, white towels had brown stains on them, no batteries in the air conditioner, lost tv remote that never was delivered to me after asking the reception staff, food in the mini bar was frozen as the door on the freezer was snapped off, fridge had greasy brown marks on the front of it, only one blanket in the room for 2 beds and it was stained and the room smelt of urine.

Front of hotel with high traffic street in front, room was clean but you cant leave the AC on if not in the room due to a fob required to keep AC on

AC Fob sucked, also to turn on the bath valves the glass partition makes you literally step into the tub to turn on

The receptionist was very nice and helpful

My room was not what l am used to. Mostly l have room 35 which is an upgrade. I think l was offered room 34 and this room needs upgrading.

Was good in location and value for money but had no Donas on the bet so was bloody cold at night with just a thin blanket. Also had people in the room singing all night loud as I didn’t sleep one bit

It was close to the river where we had an event. Plenty of parking on site. The staff were very helpful and accomodating to any requests.

The room smelt like cigarettes, the toilet seat was broken and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. We also had to ask for more blankets.

Room was quiet and well kept.And was told bathroom had been renovated.

Found water over bathroom floor ...couldnt find the leak.Went and bought food to make breakfast ...no toaster or microwave . Would have been nice to prepare own food and not rely on takeaway.
