The Hotel was& the bed was comfortable. The bed doona was very slippery I was sliding off the bed. There was only 1 chair in the room not 2. as 1 of us had to wait for the other person to vacate.

We found the rooms comfortable, clean and all our needs met, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I would like to have an extra blanket, there was only one large spare blanket and we had two single beds.

Property was clean and had plenty to offer all staff were helpful and polite and very informative

I liked the location and the rooms

They didn't refund me 200 dollars extra I paid at the counter claiming they will give me back when I checked out. I didn't get it back

The male receptionist was friendly and professional. We stayed couple of nights and highly recommend the B&B package as Breakfast Buffet is truly good. . I was impressed with the Room and cleanliness. Also used the secured parking option. Overall my stay is perfect and highly recommend.

Convenient location.

The entrance/ lobby area is always smelly, bad odours of smoking; we stayed for 3 nights during Easter break, but there was no room cleaning services for the entire period; gym pass key never worked, had to wait for a gym member to come and open the door; breakfast menu was very limited, and kitchen staff didn’t refill the food items.

Property was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful Good breakfast selection if you choose it. Also has a restaurant on premises or room service if required.Across the road is a woolworths, pizza and Thai place if so desired. Great place to stay only 45 -1 hour from Melbourne airport, with parking on site either paid or un paid. Will definitely stay here again.

Need to keep shower door closed in case steam sets off alarms.Could not have a full bath due to over flow point.

To be honest the only thing I liked was when I fell asleep in the bath I had two foot rests and let me emphasize that is literally the only thing I liked

Very clean, very comfortable, excellent breakfast, delightful staff.

The location in relation to our Melbourne office is good.The attached brewery and room service is always good. The minibar has a good amount of stock, and variety.Paid parking around the back is great too.The coffee booth is awesome first thing in the morning.

The pillows are quite thin. Not the most comfortable sleep.Also, not a fan of bath/shower combos.

The room was very spacious, clean and had an awesome large comfortable bed.

The hotel is nice, modern and clean. Bed was very comfy but pillows weren’t. Breakfast was nice. The $200 bond is annoying. Instead of just placing a hold on funds that can be released at checkout, they debit and then refund it. It seems excessive since it’s more than the cost of the room!

Breakfast is good

Breakfast is expensive compared with other hotels we stayed and we both felt like staff is monitoring us while eating and it’s the first time we had this type of experience. It may be to make sure we’re okay but really felt uncomfortable while eating

Our room was excellent.Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean with good water pressure from the shower.Free parking.

Room service charges are not necessary due to the price of the food.Although the food was good, i would definitely not get room service again due to the high cost and additional charges.

Location and quiet

Bed was really uncomfortable. Bathroom was not very clean, green rings around all the taps in the shower. The shower head couldn’t be adjusted and you had to climb into a bath to access the shower. No fan in bathroom

The room was very clean comfortable and the breakfast was excellent The staff was super polite and helpful
