everything is conveniently nearby. Woolworths, IGA, free city tram, restaurants, ferry, cafe all within walking distance and a few minutes from the apartment. Very close to Marvel Stadium

Very central location in a nice area

The apartment is smaller than it appears in the photos, but it was not too bad overall.

Great location, spacious room

Ridiculous that only one room card was issued - and they charge another $200 deposit for issuing a second card - when the room was booked for 4 people! And the reception guy was pretty unapologetic...disappointing and unnecessary

Location was great for the needs of our visit to Melbourne. Free City Tram within 5 minutes of the Residence. Easy walk (15-20 minutes) to Southbank. Being in Docklands we never had the usual sounds you would here when staying in a City (eg: Vehicles, Sirens)

Very Comfortable Rom and a great view too to match. Self sufficient so were able to prepare meals by ourselves when required. Plenty of pressure with the Shower water too,

Location, views and space was great. Loved the spa and the facilities, enjoyed the pool.

Some tiling was uneven in kitchen - the blinds let a lot of light into the property.

The location of the property is great — it's close to excellent restaurants and events. We also love the view; the property overlooks the lake and the city, which is absolutely amazing.

There weren't many things we didn't like, but we noticed that some of the heaters in the rooms weren't working for some reason.

Views and location

No elevator from the car park. I had to carry a pram and luggage for me and my family up 2 levels of stairs to get to the elevator

It was the perfect size for a group, beautiful view, and quite central to everything.

The bathrooms & showers were dirty and smelt bad (we noticed upon entry) the tv did not work and neither did the wifi, we couldn’t contact anyone as every time we tried no one responded. So it was slightly disappointing.

Great location with easy access to public transport.The apartment was a good size and had what we needed.

The apartment needed a deep clean.The blinds were dirty, the chairs had food stains on and under the cushions. Lots of dust and lint around the apartment.

The beds were very comfortable; the place was spacious and clean. The location was great, close to transport, shops and restaurants. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

The room had a Fishy odor, but I bought a scented candle to rid the smell which worked a treatThe freezer needed ice cube trays so ice could be made for beverages.

Easy to get to… just stunk… not sure if the people before us had cooked up a storm but smelt like burnt seafood

I've stayed here with my family twice now. We've had a very comfortable stay both times. Perfect placement and everything you need below. Rooms are a fantastic size. Staff were extremely friendly upon late check- in. Highly reccomend !

The Sebel was surprisingly nice and quiet, really close to the docks, trams and near the marvel station. Rooms are comfortable however the tvs are a bit out of date. Nice cafe down the bottom of the hotel & the gym and pool were great!
