Overall a great experience. Great room service. Clean, comfortable, perfectly located, walking distance from the airport.

Nothing. it met all my expectations.

The location is perfect for getting some rest between flights. Easy to check-in and out by yourself, don’t need to wait in long queue

The bed is a bit too soft

I liked the location of the hotel the airport.

I did not like that I waited 20 minutes for the airport shuttle on arrival which I booked the day before. I did not like that after 20 minutes I had to call the Hotel to ask where the airport shuttle was. The Hotel sent an airport shuttle. I did not like that I had to wait another 20 minutes before the airport shuttle arrived. A total wait time of 40 minutes, when the Hotel is a mere 5 minutes car ride from the airport. I did not like that I had to check myself in at the front desk.I did not like that all available courtesy shuttle buses were all booked out the next morning from 8:00 am to 9:20 am. I therefore booked the 9:20 am flight. I did not like that I had to book it myself through a digital booking system at the front desk. I did not like that there was no in-room land line phone connected to the Front Desk or to Room Service, or the Courtesy Airport Shuttle.I did not like that I called the Shuttle Courtesy Bus Line the next morning to change my pick up time from 9:20 am to 7:30 and waited on the line for over 7 minutes solid before I hung up. SEVEN MINUTES on my own phone without anyone picking up.I did not like that there was no Emergency Button to press in the case of an emergency - if I fell, hit my head.I did not like that I had to scan a code to view the menu for room service. I did not like that there was a limited choice of menu items for room service. I did not like that I did not have a Mini Fridge.I did not like that there were no additional blankets or pillows.I did not like the customer service. There was none. I had to do it all myself.I did not like having to almost AUD$300 to have to do everything myself.

the motel was close to the airport, easy to find , the food for breakfast was wonderful with multiple hot and cold options . The restaurant was close and had a good and cheap range of options good re overall .We liked the location to the airport and the service was good

Location

Everything was extra - was not clear that you need to pay to use the swimming pool, gym etc - all these located in the Novotel part of hotel / parking $40 per night not $30 as advertised. Bare minimum in room - had to scan and do everything online. Felt ripped off

Good looking building and clean

They have cut corners on everything. I paid $800 for3 days and the AC in my room wasn’t working. When i asked for a fan so that i could sleep at night at least, they said it was not possible and i had to sleep in a hot room for 3 days. They provided no water bottles and said i should drink from the bathroom tap or i could buy bottles from the restaurant in the hotel. No bathrobe, no dental kit, they don’t even have phones in the rooms. You have to scan a QR code which takes u to a whatsapp chat with the concierge department but nobody replies. The message doesn’t even deliver. You have to call them from your own phone to get in touch with them. Definitely no room-to-room calling.

I've stayed here many times before interstate travel, very convenient and great value.

Food on ground level needs to be more basic, for those that don't live and breathe pasta. Can barely understand what to order, so I just get uber to deliver food.

Brilliant location. Nice facilities. Friendly staff.

Airport shuttle process. I arrived at airport- given a number to call to get a pick up and no one answered the phone until 15 minutes. By that time I was told it was faster to walk. The next morning, my shuttle reservation from the night before was not recorded. The airport shuttle was the prime reason for my stay.

Location, pool, gym, restaurant

We had breakfast & dinner, both were exceptional.

Having to pay a fee to use the pool.

Everything- great clean rooms and nice restaurant. Super service from check in staff. Amazing airport hotel!

It was simple and convenient to get to the airport for a late-night arrival and early morning departure. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only issue was that there are 2 Ibis hotels at the airport. I walked to the wrong one in the opposite direction. The man at the other hotel's desk said it happens a lot.

Some difficulty with parking, just stopping to check-in not easy.Trial walk from the terminal was not as described. Through a car park, over a gravel pit, walkway fenced off.Not easy with bags as most travellers seem to have them

The location was perfect for an overnight stay flying in and out of the airport. We arrived very late and the shuttle bus was there within 10 minutes and the staff welcome was lovely. The rooms are super quiet, small but well appointed. We left mid morning with a shuttle back to the airport which was seamless.

Personally I didn't like the pink grout in the shower recess.

Clean, helpful and comfortable

Very friendly, professional staff, easy access to the airport, shuttle service for convenience. Room service & restaurants.

There was nothing I didnt like.

The bathroom floor needs to be cleaned and washed frequently . After having a shower I wiped the floor with the bath matt and it was black with dirt ! Also found a flea on the bed .

The staff are so welcoming & informative. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable & very clean . Coffee ect provided. The bathroom is lovely, spacious & very clean with a modern twist.. there's restaurants down in the lobby or you can have the convenience of room service like I did & the staff who brought my meal up to me was lovely. The Fish & chips was a huge meal !!!!

For request airport shuttle, you need to call the hotel when you arrived at the airport. It was quite troublesome for me who using international wifi, so i need to call using international call. I thought the airport shuttle always able like other ibis airport hotel chain like in amsterdam..i think my expectation is too big for that

Did not have breakfast as we had a very early flight to catch.

Dinner at Restaurant ... service for drinks and food very slow.
