Imagine Lighthouse

Staff were friendly and helpful and the location close to Victoria Markets was great.

The rooms were a little lower spec than what we have stayed in for a similar price.

Clean, centrally located, very friendly and professional staff

The view over the city was superb and it was only a short walk to the Queen Victoria Markets. Close to tram and train services.

The frypan in the kitchenette needs to be replaced and there was no cutting board. No shelves or drawers in the bedroom.

When we entered the hotel the toilet clearly hadn’t been cleaned and the overall cleanliness was low. As we rolled the blinds down one fell down on me. In the pool area many tiles are lifting up and it’s very unsafe especially in a wet area. The building has been built poorly and it shows.

The view from the sky view three bed room apartment was great. My family came over from overseas really enjoyed the stay. It's close to Queen Victoria Market and even central city. Great location!

The window was not clean. It didn't matter for us staying there. The view was still amazing.

There isn’t enough privacy because there are gaps in the blinds. The room was also run down as well. Needs refurbishment

location location location, clean room, comfy bed. It has everyhing I need in term of amenities. Only a toothbrush missing but it's no big deal.

Access card somehow stopped working after midnight on the last day of stay. luckily the overnight staffs are very helpfull and I can get into my room in about 15 minutes considering their reception close after 7pm.

Needed a good clean. Asked for itinerary of what should have been in room but one wasn't available.....some items we expected to have werent in room such as oven gloves....odd number of other items such as cutlery, glasses, cups. Plates and bowls all needed washing before we could use them. Serviced room but they always came late in day around 1600. Disappointed with accommodation

The wifi was very slow so I could hardly use the tv as you need to cast your phone because the tv isn’t a smart tv and hardly had reception in the rooms

The view was top notch. No complain about the view. Awesome view.

The service of the hotel was very poor. Room's flor was very dirty. Room service was bad. The milks in the fridge was out of date.

It was in a good location so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

No free parking. Parking was very expensive.

Location is strategic, close to vic market, shops, restaurant, trem stops and melbourne central station.

This was my second stay in Imagine lighthouse. The unit I stayed (2708) was quite disappointing. The Wi-Fi and Smartcast TV were extremely poor throughout my stay. I raised the issue three times—two different staff members came to the unit and explained that the problem was likely due to high traffic and asked to disconnect and reconnect. One of them offered to move me to another unit, but without any assurance that the Wi-Fi would be better there. As this offer came just three days before my checkout and moving was inconvenient, I decided to stay, hoping the connection might improve. Unfortunately, neither the Wi-Fi nor the SmartCast TV worked until I checked out. While they did offer a late checkout as compensation, the overall experience was frustrating and not up to standard. Further, there were also frequent disturbing noises from the swinging door of neighboring unit.

Bed was extremely comfortable. I booked due to pool which was cold, hot tub and sauna that were also cold. The room itself while basic was everything you need and I appreciated the comfortable bed.

Check-in and check-out were very easy and quick. The room was nice and tidy, and the view from up high over Melbourne is just lovely. Very centrally located, close to the Vic Market and lots of food shops on Elizabeth St.

The pool is huge, but could use some heating. it was too cold to stay in for more than a few minutes.

Amazing view and convenience location

Because it super windy outside that night, I can hear the breeze winding even all windows was closed

Bed was really comfortable only down side was the bedroom was blocked by window frames so couldn’t really see out of that bedroom

The room very comfortable,clean bathroom,the view amazing we like it,the location strategic and easy to go shopping and eat because tram just near the building.facility it's complete. We will repeat again next time.

No bowl for to eat noodles,no scissors for to cut something need use that stuff.
