Location and room size.

Shower bath is very dangerous slipping hazard.

The helpful assistance of Theo was amazing. The place is slightly dated in its appearance, but more than meets value for money, especially with its location so central to public transport. The employees were very helpful which was great. I had a studio room in essence with a small kitchenette and that was great. The room was quite spacious. The bathroom had a bath in it which was a bonus. I will definitely stay there again when visiting Melbourne.

I didn't have a bad experience. The laundry is a bit on the old side but still functional. That is my greatest criticism.

Nothing. It is poorly looked after.

Everything. Window could shut making safety a real concern. Issue was casually addressed. Moved me to a non-smokers room where clearly someone had been smoking. Went to use a dinner plate that hadn’t been washed. I chose to leave this place and find a room elsewhere. Shocking condition.

Location is good and after hours check-in was easy

The room was not clean at all. Hair in the bathroom, dust on the bed stands and stains in linen. And the smell in the room, something close to urine

Staff were very helpful with an early check-in on Sunday. Comfortable. Good location.

Rooms are surprisingly shabby (outside looks modern). Microwave was filthy.

Great location, free parking, very clean kitchen, bathroom basin & toilet; excellent comfy bed & pillows.

Bath was grubby , bathroom walls need minor repairs & painting.

Close to trams and shops

Mismatched crockery. No rail for my 80 year old mum to hold on to to get into the shower as it was over the bath

We have been to these apartments before but with a different company. The rooms are basic but ideal if you want good value for money. The area is really nice and a tram ride away from all routes and centre of Melbourne. Also nice cafes and restaurants. The host of the apartments was helpful when we required anything

Unfortunately the room was dated. The bathroom was not of a good standard and needs some attention, cracks, tiles not very clean, there is a small cooking facility, we did try to cook however the cooker rings don’t heat up very well. We are coming back after our road trip, however we have booked with the other company as the rooms are same cost but to a higher standard, there is also no wifi with this company which we weee unaware of when booking an oversight on my part

Location was good, shame about the rundown building with cobwebs on windows.

Very old dilapidated building. Never been to a place WITHOUT internet. Only one drinking glass for 2 people and not enough milk for a cup of tea.Only 3 pillows, we needed 2 each.No one on reception to rectify problem.Sign on wall threatening to charge an extra $50 if room was not left clean enough

Location about half an hr away from Melbourne showgrounds - convenient, but far away enough to be economical. Rooms were clean, checkin & checkout was easy, and free parking was a huge bonus. Would stay again

The hotel rooms smell bit funny. Reception area was dirty Staff are very hard to reach. The hotel lobby smelts like drugs

The room was dirty and not cleaned at all. There was dirt and hair everywhere with spiders and cobwebs too. Cutlery and utensils was used and soiled. Very unhappy and had paid up quite a fair charge for such a place. It was such a waste of money. We had to clean everything ourselves before we could use it and have left the place in a better condition than we got.Their policy says there is a penalty if leave the room untidy while checking out but it should go both ways.If the room is not clean while checking in they should refund the money to the guests. We have stayed at hotel apartments/motels before which were cheaper but still way cleaner and better than this one.

Great location

Unclean, door handle nearly falling off. Check in process felt unprofessional. Needs to be renovated/updated. Not value for money at all

The rooms are large and comfortable with a place for dining, a couch for TV and a comfortable large bed. Kitchen is basic but well enough equipped to reheat or prepare simple meals. It was surprisingly quiet and, with off-street parking, a very nice place to stay. The Kew shops are great, it is near to two supermarkets, many cafes, a great Salvos Op Shop and a couple of pubs; tram access to the city is 100m away.

I've stayed here before a number of years ago and it is showing its age a little. Coffee cups are too small and there were no wine glasses. Small issues that had a small overall impact on our stay.

Great room, great bed, great kitchen facilities. Had everything I needed. Was really happy for what I paid.

Nothing to clean dishes with other than liquid packet (no cloth or scrubber).Was excited to have a bath but the plug didn't fit.

The location was great. Just across the road from St Vincents Kew. Easy access to trams and buses. Plenty of parking at no extra cost.

The room was VERY tired...needs a big reno. There are no staff except on arrival.

Untidy. Unhealthy, not thoroughly cleaned nor maintained. Mould everywhere, Needed to use my inhaler due to mould spores. Unsecured

The fact that they would chrage 50 dillars if extra cleaning was needed, example rubbish in bins, cups not washed, so basicallynwe had to do the cleaners job, what they get paidnto do, no wifi available, the room smelled musty and like curry, blanket used was brown, if we hadnt already paid, we woyls of just leff, and also had to fork out another 100 dollras for bond, which no other hotel i have used that weekend had asked for this. Very poor service.. 1/10
