- The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check in early after a long flight which really meant a lot to me.
Cons -
- The TV didnt work in my room and there was someone elses wet shower rag still in the shower when I moved in. Some questionable moldy looking stuff in the ceiling of the shower as well. Wifi didnt work at all.
- Dirty, un kept, lazy staff small grotty rooms, rooms poorly serviced, bathroom unclean, train noise continuous, this place is not up to a 3 star standard and should not be promoted as such
- The hotel is next to Redfern station and you can hear the trains coming and going all day and night. The room was very small.

Located on top of train tracks, dirty uncomfortable...would not recommend it.
