Location is good-right next to a grocery store with decent opening hours and right near several other shops and restaurants plus sites.
I like only location. Rest, I didn't like.

Cons -

Wifi does not work in the rooms (only on the first floor). Facilities are extremely old and run down but the dodgiest bit was that someone else had a key that worked for my room. I was sitting in my locked, private room when suddenly the door opened. I no longer felt safe and moved hotels. Also, there did not appear to be a smoke detector in the room.
Wifi didnt work in the room.
Service is very bad.
