Pros +
- Great location for family visit.
- The staff was awesome! Several reviews mentioned they were not helpful or rude, but that was not our experience at all. Also, they said it was loud and crazy and for millennials - which yes, it is - but we (late 30s) weren't really annoyed by anything.
Cons -
- Our ONLY complaint was the false fire alarm at 5am our first morning. But they were extremely apologetic and we lived through it. The rooms ARE on the small side. But its London, there's no reason to spend an excessive amount of time in the room.
- No hot water in Hotel on day of departure! A cold shower is not the best start to a long journey home
