- The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice
- This hotel is centrally located with all attractions at a decent distance from the property. Railway station and airport are also closeby. Rooms are clean, general staff is good and dining room staff are really quick.
- Location to LCY, DLR was fantastic
Cons -
- You could hear planes taking off but that didnt bother me that much. The staff are very young and laid back. I bought an egg sandwich from downstairs and it had an egg shell in it.
- We were 3 people in a room and so we need 3 items each. eg. water bottles, towels which was not pre-kept and was required to be called upon everyday of our stay.
- When we arrived there was hand sanitizer in front of the elevators and at the front door. By end of first day they were empty and never refilled. The food/drinks are overpriced and not good. Save the money and just UberEats or go out.
