Eccentric , imaginative , friendly, flexible and a breath of fresh air - a far cry from off the peg travelogue boxes - what a relief!!

Very friendly staff and extremely helpful going out of their way to make our trip comfortable.

A little tired in places but owner very proactive to update things.

Cold radiators in December. The guests of the bar at the ground floor kept us awake till 4am !!! The worst accommodation we ever had in London

Bit noisy from street

The staff were fantastic. Very welcoming and felt like a family ran establishment. Large, comfy room that was very clean.

It was a little noisy outside the property as there were crowds of people. This isn’t a reflection on the hotel as they cannot control this. It just meant I slept a little disturbed.

The staff was incredible once you walk in you are treated as family. You can also see how much love that was put in to every detail including the art that is the physical building, the atmosphere outside at the restaurant, the staff members, the rooms, the breakfast/ meals. I will definitely return and I have gained a family from staying here. Also, it was very close to everything i needed.

I loved everything.

Room was ok. Not so small for 2 person. Love it but no lift thankful to the service staff who helped out. Thank you and will recommend friends for sure.

just a little bit further from Tube, but busstop is quite near. Toilet water was slow but survived. thanks.

Nothing the place was disgusting , dirty , water coming through the ceiling , no 24 hour recpetion Creaky floorboards just an absolute tip , donot book this place, its not an 8:3 it is less than 1 just a tip

clean, nice interior for the food area.

very late check-in, 16:00 is something challenging for the traveller who like to have some rest.

Good nights sleep although it was saturday night and we were in the front of the property on the main road.

The staff was very kind, friendly, if we needed something then was very helpful. We loved our room, was so nice, clean, comfortable.The rooms facility/furniture was new.The bathroom was clean, towels were stainless and clean. It's a very nice place to stay for holidays.

The windows and their frames were soooo old, better was to leave them as they were and not to touch them. We thought they would fall out and break. Some of them wouldn't even close, were opened "for ventilation"

The music playing into early hours of the morning. The lack of reception.

There was a Shisha garden which looked quite different, and unique. you’d never know it’s there from the front of the property.

The entrance smelt a bit, the stairs leading to very basic rooms carpet not good or hotel room doors. Room basic, the actual room looked clean enough but wouldn’t stay again.

Our stay was great. We were so impressed with the food at the beautiful restaurant. The room was lovely, amazing architecture and ceramic work throughout, clean and very comfortale. Hosts were excellent company the morning we left, gifting us coffee and pastries before we left which were delicious.

No coplaints whatsoever :)

Staff super friendly and helpful

When i went through the door it looked like no one was there, reception was locked. But if you go through to the back everyone is willing to help. A little sign on the reception door would be a good idea!
