The Eurotraveller is a good value Hotel. Placed next to the bus station. I had a very spacious room. I was very pleased. The hotel was quiet and I could relax.

We stay here often as it’s conveniently placed for visiting our daughter. The staff are lovely, the rooms are very clean and we have everything that we need in our room.

It took a while to work out the air conditioning/ heater.

Good location, central to buses and tube. Staff friendly and helpful

No breakfast was available for the times we stayed

Ir had not proper breakifast needed to find a spot to eat i had to upgrade my room because of no heating would not recommend the place

Location

One of the beds was like sleeping on a bench. There was a party going on below late into the night so very noisy.

Just the location was good. They allowed us to park inside their parking for free.

The room was spacious but very old style.It had hair everywhere from previous guests.The duvet at blood stains.

View from window in bedroom wasn’t particularly pleasant but it was fine for a quick stayI had a couple of bread rolls with my bacon as the bread was a cheap loaf and not what I’d usually eat.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The property was quite clean.Hot showers. It was warm.

It was quite tired. The walls in the bathroom although clean were stained with age. The towels were terrible. So thin you could almost see through them.

Free parking under the hotel. Rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable.

The room I was given was right next to the lift and the constant noise of the lift machinery was awful. I asked to be moved but the hotel was full so not possible. Hardly slept. Shame as everything else was perfect.

Good location - we stayed here to go to Wembley Stadium, and it was very convenient (get a bus from the stop right outside and then hop on the tube). Overnight it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Staff were lovely and very helpful at check in and during our stay.

The whole room needs decorating or at least deep cleaning (the room itself was clean and tidy) and some repairs - lots of marks on the walls, chipped wood, shabby paint work, etc. The extractor fan was on in the bathroom all night, and I couldn't see a way to turn it off. And the mini fridge didn't work.

The location safe and in a strategic area where you can have access to public transport at door step via Buses or 5min walk via Tube. No comment on breakfast because i do not take breakfast mostly so i dont know how their breakfast taste. The staff didn’t just point out the mistake on bookings but they guided you on the exact steps to fix it.They maintained the same rate after the date change, which shows they value loyal customers.Allowing you to store your luggage during transit was a thoughtful gesture that made your journey smoother.Instead of treating the booking error as a problem, they treated it as an opportunity to assist you, that’s the sign of genuine hospitality and professionalism

little improvement on Towels at bathroom in terms of cleanness and some plastic bottle waters in the room on daily basis. also, curtains should look very classic not a short style that ends around the window size. all hotels do put curtains down to the floor to make the rooms looks unique

Quiet room

Location wasn't ideal and the room and bathroom needs an update. Stains on the walls especially in the bathroom.

Breakfast was great! Great options and even was offered if I liked more. Bed was also comfy

Room decor looked cheap/tired/dated. Bathroom functional but would benefit from a few more amenities (bigger/thicker bath towels, toiletries, shower caps etc)

Liked the precheck in, made it all easy when we got to the hotel. We were actually rushing to qn event.

The noise the AC was making at night could remotes be provided in the rooms for switch on qnd off.
