Delicious food .Lovely waiter .Friendly staff.

The staff were lovely and the rooms were comfortable with a decent bathroom.Excellent value for money.

Decor a little dated but there wasn't really anything I didn't links.

The door to room stuck, had to slam to close.Room could have been cleaner upon arrival.

Room is small. Outdated facilities. Lift takes forever to get to its destination, room phone not working. Basically needs upgrade

Nice staff , good location , continue to offer free parking and people like me always will come there, I hate when the hotels charge people for parking after you book a room in.

Too much fragrance on the room, a little bit uncomfortable over the night

Bedrooms need refurbishing. Bathroom needs a lot of attention. Shower don’t work properly, drain needs unblocking.

Budget room isn't big enough for a adult. Far to small, uncomfortable and not enough space to work on laptop

The amazing Italian restaurant, high quality food and presentation.Staff really friendly and helpful.

Although breakfast included, the kitchen was closed.Offered a sandwich prepared the evening before. Rather disappointed but I suspect only a few rooms booked.However, the Italian meal made up for it.

Noisy lift hy the room. The room was tired and the ret of the hotel just quite soulless. I turned up for breakfast and was told the only option was a fry up. I would expect a few more options, but still. When it turned up, the waitress placed it on my table.woth barely a word and rushed straight off. No offer of sauces etc and she disappeared so I couldn't ask her. The beans were cold and the sausage like warm...like the service. Overall, a disappointing stay. I'd stay at a Premier Inn in the future.

The lift is quite noisy and seemed to be in use every morning around 5.00am

Hotel had a lovely lobby but outside of that including our room was very run down and tired it felt like two completely different places

Breakfast was excellent.

Gap between bed and wall too narrow.No sockets near bed for CPAP machine.Towel rail, hanging rail in wardrobe and shelf in bathroom all too high for vertically challenged guests.

Comfy single room but rather small. Unhelpful furniture ie no bedside table.Restaurant served good food.

The bar prices were exorbitant PLUSVERY POOR CHOICE OF BEERS AND WINE.Cracked toilet seat

It was very easy to get to luton airport parkway to get into London. Away with friends for the weekend. Bfast was nice and service was fantastic. Atmosphere was good the bar in the hotel was really nice. Couldn't fault the hotel.

The only thing was bad was the room. Small and really couldn't move around with two people . The bed wasnt really a bed but was fitted for the room size. It was more of a fold up bed. It squeak every time you moved. so really didn't get a good night's sleep as was to scared to move incase my friend woke up. We also couldn't have one bedlught on as it wasnt working so lights were all out or on. Other than that everything was good.

Convenient location. Plenty of free parking. It was clean and breakfast was nice
