Stockwood Hotel

the breakfast was great. suitable just for sleep, good breakfast and spending the whole day out.

Too many stairs to room lamps didnt work-we fixed them shower was lose and leaked shower black mould in base no sitting on bed ceiling pitch too low no chair to sit on as its used to keep drawers in desk shut tea and coffee in room minimal-asked for

Really good value for location and size

Bit of a weird smell in room 17

Room was clean, easy with check in/check out, stuff is polite and always ready to help, tv an internet work well overall I'm happy and I always chose this hotel

NA

Clean room, comfortable. Was an attic room, you could open the window. Small but everything you need including kettle. It was "self checkin" however I didn't get the SMS I was supposed to get, but the owner let me in herself.

No lift. Not a complaint about the property but Luton is a pretty sketchy place, wouldn't go out at night there.

The location is very close to the central town and many shops are there as well. Self-check-in service is interesting but very convenient.

Poor experience, wasn’t very clean...

Smell of smoke and staines on pillows and surrounding objects, felt very unclean

Car parking, location, accessible, check in, communication and room size- great.

Height of ceiling- not high enough for a tall person. Head kept hitting the wood work.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had large cases and fortunately were able to change our room from the second floor to the ground floor as there wasn't a lift.We looked for somewhere to eat out and found a lovely bar that served home made Indian food, which was delicious.

The beds were a little hard. There are steps to reach reception and a slope would be good if it was possible.

Good location and price

Room quite cold

Only location

We are not happy. We found a lot of bugs We had a bad night.

Easy and efficient booking..Good hospitality cosy clean comfortable.Would highly recommend.

Very convenient Clean And easy check inVery good value for money

Nothing to add

always have a relaxing stay. clean, quite, great value for your money.

all good for me

Great location and amazing value for money. Ravi was a great host, so helpful and really made us welcome. What a great person!!!

No breakfast option. Location was okay for easy reach to Luton Airport.

Heating was not regulating. So, I was cold.

TV, heating, bed size

when i got there, i had not been given a room number so i didn’t know how to check in. when i finally managed to meet a “concierge” they asked me if I’m here for an english exam?. also when taking a shower, they had ran out of body wash and hair shampoo. as a result my skin was left itchy.

clean, quite. always have a goodnights sleep staying here. good value for your money.

all ok

The price

Really dirty. Broken things in bathroom. Heater works for 5 minutes and stops.

My stay was truly above my expectations. For the price I paid, I honestly didn’t expect such a high level of cleanliness and comfort. The room was spotless, the bathroom looked freshly cleaned, and everything felt well-maintained.What impressed me the most was the staff — very responsive, kind, and helpful from the moment I made the booking. It made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free.Overall, it was a comfortable, pleasant stay and I’m really happy with the choice I made. I would definitely return and recommend it to others
