Hampton by Hilton London Luton Airport

Very close to LTN airport with many options to get there. Public transit (train) is just outside the hotel and only one stop away. There's also an option for a bus to get to the airport. Breakfast selection was very good.

We were so tired and staff let us before checking in time.? breakfast was improved a lot from the last time we were staying here. I always stayed at this hotel. Is convenient for me and it?s clean.

Great breakfast. It is very convenient for the airport and handy yo have a shuttle service. Made our journey so enjoyable.

Comfortable clean room with clean bathroom

Seats in lounge were very low for eating dinner but the decor was lovely and it was great for a drink.

The staff member who checked us in was exceptionally attentive and pleasant. We stayed in a number of hotels during our vacation, and he stood out as the most attentive host. It was late when we checked in and asked for a couple of sets of cutlery because we had bought cold food and had none. He was quick to provide us with this from the kitchen. These little things really make a difference.

Room was comfortable with everything we needed. Excellent shower. We ate at hotel on Sunday night, food was surprisingly good, ample choice on menu and everyone was happy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were excellent, attentive and competent. The restaurant staff were very adaptable even though they had sold out of the dish on the menu I preffered they adjusted another dish so I coulld enjoy it. Polite, well trained and a credit to the firm.

it was fine

I was worried about finding the hotel and walking from the railway station alone in the dark, as I didn't know the area, but it's literally right next to the station. Room, bathroom and window were impressively big, even more so for London standards, and I could barely hear any traffic from cars or trains. I was gone by the time airplane traffic started, so I can't say anything about how well the building handles that noise. Plenty of attention to detail when it comes to amenities, multiple large mirrors and light sources, huge fluffy towels. Breakfast was good, nothing wow but no complaints either. Would stay again.

The bathroom has a sliding door, that might feel weird if you're traveling with someone. And the heating system seemed to be very slow at warming up the room, in didn't really make much of a difference in the 6 hours I spent in the hotel. But for that short of a stay, I didn't feel like it was worth asking the reception about it.

It was clean, quiet, easy access hotel, with a nice bouncy bed and sufficient space.

I was staying there to pick early flight (dep@7:30) and hoping I could get breakfast there but hotel brekkie only starts at 6:00 so I missed it. I wish I could stay longer!

Superb location for Luton airport. 1 minute walk from the train station and the DART transfer to the airport, very comfortable room, and a great buffet breakfast!! The staff member who was tending bar was extraordinarily nice - I highly recommend this hotel!!

I would have appreciated a bottle of water in the room (to make a cup of tea!), and a small fridge is common everywhere...

Perfect location for Luton Airport, next to the train line to airport. Parking on site (although extra charge) so very convienent. Bed was really comfy.

Quality of the English Breakfast could have been better but then the room was cheaper than most.

A perfect location for the airport. Parking was easy and the hotel was a short distance from the airport. Ideal for an early morning flight.

Convenient location next to Luton Parkway train station. From Luton airport to the train station in 7 minutes by Shuttle. Nice quiet room, very good breakfast. Professional and friendly staff.

The room was very clean ?

The guy at the reception was very nice when we arrived but when we were leaving he was so rude to us. It was an Indian guy.

the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The beds are comfortable, the pillows were soft and perfect for me, the towels clean and pampering. Breakfast is good. They serve hot English breakfast items along with cold cheese and ham, vegetables, Pastries, tasty coffee. The only thing I would have appreciated is individual yogurt containers, instead of a common bowl, but that's not a real problem. The proximity to the Dart station is awesome. 3 minutes walk.

We got a nice room.

When we tried to use the safe, it did not work (no electricity). I called front desk and they said they are sending somebody, who never arrived. When I tried to take a shower I discovered that the drain was completely clogged, and thus in a minute the bathroom was flooded. I called front desk, and at 10 pm we had to move to another room. This time the drain was not clogged. I paid extra money for parking, but when I tried to find a parking spot there was none. They told me it was "momentary, because there is a meeting, which ends soon", but that was a lie. There was just no place. I had to park outside the hotel.

Location was perfect, breakfast was available even at 4.30am, staff were very pleasant.

No decaf tea available. No gluten free snacks available in the 24/7 snack bar.
