- The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room (like the hotel itself) was clean, comfortable, and attractive, and I liked the fitness area.
- Whenever there was a problem with the room, they corrected it immediately
Cons -
- The toilet required extra jiggling of the handle to stop it from running, and it was located in a business park, fairly far from *any* restaurants or shops of any kind.
- I have enjoyed the comfort of this hotel many times,but my last visit brought a problem that I never encountered before. I was charged £--- per night on top of the price of my room. I left the 4th, I still have no access to my funds due to it still pending
