Really nice fitness center and pool (was able to do laps). Pretty location on the Thames River.

Bar staff was somewhat rude when we were asking whether they would be showing the Premier League soccer game that afternoon. In fact, the hotel did not even offer the channel that carries the games, which we found incredible.

The reception team member gave us a really warm welcome and the Aqua Club staff were really polite and helpful.It was great to have the pool, sauna and jacuzzi - lovely way to relax.And the room was spotless with very comfortable beds!

It was difficult to speak to a staff member prior to our arrival. I emailed some questions but never received a reply.I wasn't able to book spa treatments even though I tried to do so 3 weeks prior to our booking.I found the hotel's communal areas very dark.But overall, we were very well looked after during our stay.

Staff were good, breakfast plentiful and room was nice.

It would be good to have the shampoo, conditioner etc in the spa showers.

The spa and view of lake were gorgeous. Room was spacious and comfortable. Good room service

Gym was a bit dated / needs an upgrade

The staff were friendly & professional. Check in was quick & easy. Room is a good size with a very comfortable large bed so we had a great nights sleep. Yes it is walking distance into Marlow either via the main roads or via a lovely walk along the river.

I think that the hot water for the teas in the breakfast room should be via a hot water tap not the jugs. They handles get very hot & then the issue of burning your hand while trying to pour the water into a cup. I have mentioned this before as I think it is a health and safety issue.

Room was good, breakfast excellent. One member of staff on reception - Prabhaka was outstanding.

Bar prices were extortionate. We found when we checked in the wait was long and the first person who served us, started booking us in, a lady came up interrupted because she wanted a taxi and he went off and dealt with her and we didn't see him for ten minutes - Prabhaka came and sorted things, apologised and apologised again on check out saying that inexperienced member of staff had been spoken to.

The SPA was very good and a decent size pool.Our room was very comfy

Excellent hotel that is modern clean and welcoming. The staff were particularly friendly both on reception and in the bar. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are nice and beds super comfortable. I didnt use the spa but it all looked great.

You didn't have the room i had booked 3months in advance. Mobility access. And now you have made a feeble excuse and gone back on your word of the payment

Although in Marlow it's out of the way down a long dark road.

Room had two double beds so children fitted in alongside us. Buffet breakfast was good. Free car parking.

It’s on the edge of the town so your need a car or uber to access local facilities.
