Italian style breakfast and location was quite near bus/train

Bathroom smelled like mold and I noticed that the showercurtin had red mold and black mold spots. No wonder that the bathroom had a distinct smell. Would not come back and risk my health. Told this to the reseptionist aswell.

The staff was very helpful and courteous we arrived early and they were very accommodating.

Beds were comfortable and A/C ice cold. Free parking.

The hotel is very outdated. The first room we got was hot, the thermostat wasn’t working, and the A/C was literally dripping water from the ceiling. They moved us to another room, which was freezing cold but, again, the thermostat was broken so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The pillows are completely flat, the blanket is old and the toilet paper holder seems to be just for decoration—it’s broken, so they just place the roll on top. ? On top of that, the front desk floor creaks. The old and dirty carpet makes the place look even more run down. The photos they post are very misleading compared to the reality.

Good for short stay due to location to the bus station to Venice city. Easy check in and free car park available. The hotel is classic at its own way.

Quite tight room if staying for two people snd have more than 2 luggages.

Location is near the public transportation, you can go to Venise in 18 minutes. Staff was great and breakfast was very good

I was able to borrow umbrella, staff was very helpful and when I was leaving, nobody was pushing me, let's say respect was very important

The location and the breakfast were wonderful. The English speaking staff were incredibly helpful in getting us oriented and answering all of our questions. Easy public transportation access to Venice and Marco Polo airport.

The refrigerator was not very cold. The room's thermometer was not intuitive to use and we wished for a cooler temperature.

Hotel President was just okay. The room was not big enough for four adults; with a double bed and two single beds, it felt quite crammed. The bathroom did not meet our expectations. Overall, the stay was average. However, the breakfast included was very good, and the staff was very friendly.

Air conditioning was advertised but was not available during our stay. Someone left the floor heating on so our room was hotter than the sun.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, good breakfast options and close to bus and tram stops to reach Venice. Also there is EV car charger (22kwh) opposite to the hotel and there car parking in the hotel

The shower would have been bigger, not comfortable for elder people.

Quite area, convenient bus nearby to/from the airport.

The hotel hasn't seen a renovation in ages. Furniture is old, which would be acceptable if there were signs of improvement. But no, the bathroom was falling to pieces and the room didn't feel clean, even though it was being cleaned.Not sure how it is classified as a 4 star hotel, as a 2 star it would have been acceptable.

We had a very pleasant experience beginning with the staff at the reception, the room, excellent breakfast, everyday room cleaning. Very closed to tram station for Venice.

Room was too warm during the night although the Hotel warned us it was difficult to sleep during the night. Might have as well requested for a table fan!

The location was very good, near the tram that goes to Venice (4-5 minutes walk) and also, near the centre of Mestre. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, beds could have been better. The staff were nice and helpful.

The hotel staff were very friendly. They helped us a lot with a lot of information. They helped us to register in the city online. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean. We used luggage storage after check in. Very nice hotel.

Lighting of the hotel may be considered to improve. Nothing else. Thank you ?
