Quirinus Venetia Properties

After staying in so many cramped rooms it was so great to be able to just spread out and enjoy the spaciousness of this large beautiful space with high ceilings and so many windows. Everything was new and sparkling clean. The host was so nice

First, the staff was really helpful from the beginning with information on how to get there, second we arrived early and apartment was free so they gave us early check-in. The staff gave us a lot of information about Venecia, transportation etc etc that was helpful. The apartment was clean, great for a family, and has everything. I would recommend everyone to book the appointment.

My family and I had an excellent experience at this apartment. It was quite well connected to travel, a furnished kitchen, and very clean. Highly recommend ?

Very nice, cosy and clean place by great coffee shop with delicious cookies. Near bus stop, grocery shop and close to Venice (about 20 minutes by bus).

This is the best accommodation we have had in our European trips. The staff were very welcoming and explain everything clearly. The room was spacious with fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom with changing space. The kids loved the balcony and the loft with 2 single beds to their own. The property is clean and when we where short of towels or toilet paper, they bring them up quickly. The hot water and heating made us warm and comfy. The location is great, quiet with Lidl nearby and bus stop within a minute walk. The buses are very frequent and run till late at night.

Handy to the bus for travel to Venice. Parking provided and the most fabulous cafe/patisserie downstairs that makes the entire stay very memorable.

The apartment didn't have a sofa but then we realised that the bed converts to a sofa during the day. You need it for comfortable seating when you're not sleeping.

Superb comfortable apartment. Short walk to a Lidl supermarket and the bus stop heading to Venice.

Erratic WiFi.Maybe provide basic ingredients like salt and sugar for the kitchen.

Great location if you are looking for something outside the busy Venice Centre. Clean, secure, and comfortable with rest public transit access!

Nice apartment, fully furnished, with all equipment in the kitchen. Two rooms with two huge beds. All the sheets and towels were provided. The building has free underground parking and elevator. In the ground floor there is a shop with sweets and coffee. Really close to shops/pizza and bus stop. Very good location.

Excellent position, the apartment was furniture was new and provided with all the facilities needed (dishwasher, pots and pans) and it was located at 200 metres away from a bus stop to Venice and on top of an amazing coffe and pastry shop

The pillow were definitely too thin for us

An absolutely perfect location. Clean, quiet, spacious, private parking, a great cafe on the ground floor that perfectly complements the location. 2 minutes from the bus stop.... I hope to come back here. Note 10. Grazie mille!

Location was great close enough to everything. In a nice part of the city. There is a big Euro Spar a few mins walk if you need anything.Only a few minutes walk to the bus stop near the tobacco shop where you can buy tickets €1.50 each way. Other option is 1/2/3 day pass or week which then gives access to use the bus & boats.It only takes around 15-20 mins to cross the water to the main part of Venice.Peaceful stay, warm welcoming host who was happy to help and explain where to find everything. Cake shop next door is worth a visitI would highly recommend and if i go back to Venice will rebook as i really enjoyed my stay

The place is great . The owner was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located very close to the bus station , where you can get to Venice.

It was our second stay in Quirinus. Very beautiful building,  underground parking, big, nice and cleanapparent with all the necessary for your stay in quite area, 5 minutes walk from the bus station. There are 2 bus lines to Venice -6 and 7 that come almost empty to the this station.Excellent communication with the host. Answer your messages within 10-15 minutes Amazing pasticceria the next door to the building entrance with more than 25 different types of croassants, sandwiches,  sweets, fruit salad- the perfect place for breakfast.

Our bad was sloping down, and it was not as comfortable as we needed for a good rest.

We could get to Venice by bus in front of the apartment. There was good cafe on the first floor and safe underground garage.

Sometimes A/C was not operating and the host was trying to fix it. Hopefully this issue is fixed soon.

Clean when arrived, big apartment, you have aircondition, good bathroom, towels , Bus station for Venice "island" is 2 minute walk 6, 7, 7E, parking is big....have bracerie in front of building for breakfast.
