Pros +

It was in quiet area. The bed was decent and it was clean.

Cons -

Carrying bags up four flights, less than interesting breakfast, broken furniture, world's smallest shower (someone call Ripley) a little more effort from the non Italian brothers would make this much better. Just run too cheap.
