Breakfast was amazing!!!!The pictures on the website did not do any justice to our amazing room. We had the loft which was very spacious and nice !

The receptionist (male) could be more friendly. He was not too pleasant. The lady receptionist when we arrived was very sweet .

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel! We stayed in the penthouse for three nights with our family of five, and it was beyond amazing — totally worth every penny!

It would be super helpful to have some information or a welcome guide in the room — something that explains how to use the features in the penthouse, where to find things, and tips on nearby activities. Details on how to get to Venice and explore the area would make it even easier for guests to get around and make the most of their stay!

This hotel is truly lovely — a genuine home away from home. From the moment you arrive, you feel well taken care of. The entire property is immaculately clean, and there is always someone available at the front desk to assist you. You can sense the pride, ownership, and commitment the staff puts into ensuring every guest has a wonderful experience.The location is fabulous — close to everything, with easy access to the airport, Venice, and Treviso. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as the perfect place to stay when visiting the Venice area; it offers a truly authentic and comfortable experience.Breakfast is exceptional, with a large variety of food beautifully prepared and presented with care. Hats off to the entire team at Hotel Vivit — a true example of professionalism and warm hospitality. Bravo, and thank you!

Good location and excellent stay we had good price and worth it

Located in the square. Excellent. Extensive breakfast buffet available in the mornings. No need to walk on stairs.

Room could have been larger.

Loved the square where the hotel is located. Very easy to take the bus into Venice

Room and shower is small, which is very common in Europe

The building is a historic building 100% modernized in a central location in front of a nice plaza and close to shops, restaurants and transportation. The staff was very attentive and professional, especially Frida at the concierge desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate every single little demand .

Although the hotel has air conditioning, it was shut down by management. This made our stay good but not excellent.

Staff was friendly and helpful; located on the central piazza in Mestre; room was clean and comfortable; easy access to Venice and Venice airport.

It was not a problem for us, but taxis have to drop you about a block from the hotel, and you have to walk the last block or two.

Great location. Clean and quiet, perfect foe a night's rest after the day's activities.

Location, breakfast and staff were good

There was a noise at 6 AM from the backyard, where we had a window. We stayed for two days, but it happened only once.

The bed was comfortable, the staff was great, the breakfast was very good.

Not much to do in Mestre

This place is close to the train station about a 8/10 minute uber ride. Once there we were overlooking the little plaza where we stood which was a really nice view from our room. We had the penthouse with availability for the 6 of us, a nice little kitchen, dining area with cable tv. Once Paulo checked us out it was a walk up to our room which was on the 2nd floor which in the US would be the 3rd but here they use 0 floor. There’s a little and I mean little elevator that fits one person and luggage but was really slow but nothing to complain about. The tram to take to Venice was a 5 minute walk and the ride itself was about 10 minutes. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning on going and would use it myself again.

The only real issue was there was only 1 bathroom for the 6 of us (4 women)? but aside from that we made it work.

The location was excellent. Easy to reach local transportation, near shops and restaurants. We had the apartment and felt very comfortable. With 4 women, the extra half bath was perfect for our needs. We prefer to stay a little away from the main tourist areas and this location made us feel that we were part of the city rather than a tourist. Did not take advantage of the breakfast but the room and patio looked very inviting. Staff was wonderful!

The elevator was very slow and very finicky, so we used the stairs even though we were on the 4th floor.

Great location, we stayed on the night before our flight leaving Marco Polo. Our room overlooked the Piazza, with good resturants close by.

Vacation

It was perfect location, close enough to airport but not too close and an easy bus or taxi ride to Venice.
